39th Annual The ConcreteMan Triathlon is the oldest Triathlon in Missouri. Started in 1982, the ConcreteMan became a staple multisport event in Missouri for years. The event when through many iterations over the years and included the sprint distance, olympic(ish), and at one point an open water swim. We are excited to have revived the Historic ConcreteMan (in 2021) in aid of our mission to revitalize Multisport in the area. In 2026, a supersprint option was added. Join us for this magnificent Vineyard Run in Hermann, Missouri. This 5K Trail Run will lead you through some of our beautiful vineyards. Starting at the base of our Vineyard Hill, we will have a runner’s village to get you pumped up for the trek to the top and a breathtaking view of the hills surrounding our award-winning Winery. The course then takes you not just around the vineyard, but through rows of Vignoles and our Estate Norton grape vines. Then we do it all again for a second pass through.  The downhill slope at the end of this run is a blast, with the wind at your back and the Puchta Slushy trailer waiting to serve up a wine slushy for you at the finish line! Finisher medals will also be awarded! Packet pickup will from 10am to 6pm the day before the run, as well as one hour before start time.

This is a 5K (timed) and 1 Mile fun run (not timed) event to support Rayni Day Miracles. Rayni Day Miracles is a nonprofit organization serving children with life-threatening illnesses through a variety of programs at no cost to the children or their families.  The organization is strictly ran by volunteers. The Memorial Run is set up as a way to honor and remember the members we have lost while raising money to serve the current members and their families.

The Macklind Mile Story: The Macklind Mile is more than just getting outside…you can run fast or stroll slow…you can race to compete or move to complete. Beta Sigma Phi (Alpha Beta chapter) is excited to host the annual 5K and Kids 1-Mile Fun Run in connection with the upcoming 4th of July festivities!  This race is an unchipped event. $25 per adult. $20 per child 12 and under.  Registration for the race includes a t-shirt if registered before June 10th.   T-shirt and bib pick up date at the AYC is July 2nd from 5-8pm, or shirts can be picked up the morning of July 4 at the race.   Morning of July 4 - 6:45 am - Registration begins7:30 am - Kids 1-mile Fun Run.  9 & under age group first, 10-12 age group next and 5K will immediately follow the Kids 1-mile Fun Run Last year, over $12,000 was donated to local families in need, as well as charities such as Cornerstones of Care, Pets for Life, Bikers Against Child Abuse, and KyMel (a camp for children fighting cancer.)  These donations were made possible through race entries, t-shirt sales, sponsorships, and donations.

The BEER & BAGEL OFF-ROAD RACE SERIES is coming back to St. Louis!  This is a favorite event for runners throughout the area, who come each year for a challenging trail run with a fantastic post-race party. The St. Luke’s New Town Triathlon has become one of the most popular triathlons in the Midwest. Originally a biathlon started many years ago, the event evolved into the John Howard New Town Duathlon, and now in its current format as an ‘almost’ Olympic distance triathlon. This year the distances remain at a .62 mile Swim, 20 mile Bike and a 4 mile Run for the Long Course, and .3 mile Swim, 17 mile Bike and a 2 mile Run for the Sprint Course. The Kid’s Triathlon and EXPO will be held on Saturday, July 11th and the main event will be on Sunday, July 12th, 2026. Set in New Town, St.Charles, the venue is tailor made for a fast race. Support the East Atchison Wolves Cross Country Team by participating in the second run with the wolves 5k run/walk and 1 mile fun run. This event supports both casual joggers/walkers looking to get some exercise and socialize, as well as serious runners looking for a new personal best. The event starts in the parking lot of the Tarkio Activity Center, moves onto the streets of Tarkio down and around Niedermeyer Park, back up to the TAC, around Tarkio High School and finishes back in the TAC parking lot where it started. Meet us at Perennial on the Trail for a group bike tour of the history of Grant’s Trail. The trail is now part of the Gravois Greenway. In 1992, Trailnet purchased a 6.2 mile stretch of the Union Pacific Railroad, to convert it to a multi-use trail. This was part of a nation-wide rails-to-trails movement to convert disused railway lines into trails for biking and walking. Trailnet fought for the trail all the way to the Supreme Court!  Since then, Grant’s Trail has continued to expand, along with a growing network of similar trails, thanks to partnerships between Trailnet, Great Rivers Greenway, and St. Louis County.  Join us to learn more about the trail’s history!
