Approximately 1 in 3,600 babies are diagnosed with a Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia (CDH). CDH is when the diaphragm has an incomplete formation or a hole in it. With an open diaphragm, organs such as the stomach, liver, spleen and intestines can travel through into the chest cavity preventing full development of the lungs, ultimately making it difficult for a baby to survive following birth. This 5k Walk/Run for CDH is an opportunity to not only celebrate my daughter, Dakotah's 1st full year of surviving CDH but an opportunity to bring awareness to this severe, life threatening birth defect! With your help, a donation will be presented to Tiny Hero, an organization that provides resources, knowledge, community and optimism to families with a CDH diagnosis! Help me support a great cause!

The GO! St. Louis Read, Right, & Run Marathon® (RRRM) goal is to develop reading-proficient, community-minded and physically fit children in grades K-8 by challenging them to READ 26 books, RIGHT the community with 26 good deeds, and RUN 26.2 miles over a 26 week period. After 26 weeks of hard work, the program culminates when the students complete their race day goals with all of the students participating in the program in Forest Park. Coordinators manage the program entirely leading up to race day. Then on race day students complete the race distance they are registered for. Grades K-8 can run will run 1.2 miles on race day to complete the program. This race will be run solely with other RRRM students and have a specific start time outlined closer to the race day (coordinators will let families know more information closer to race day).  Grades 6-8 can complete their program by running the 5K distance. Lake of the Ozarks' Bridge and Dam is back for the 12th year and it's going to keep getting bigger and better!   The 5k, 10k, and Half Marathon take place on the historical Bagnell Dam Strip in Lake Ozark, MO.   Now brought to you by FundRuns and the Lake of the Ozarks Runners, Bridge and Dam will benefit Wonderland Camp, Lake of the Ozarks Shrine Club, Lake Area Big Brothers Big Sisters and FundRuns/Lake of the Ozarks Runners   The certified half marathon course will return and all races will begin at the Bagnell Dam Scenic Overlook. Missouri’s best obstacle course race! 3.1 miles and 25+ challenging obstacles await you in Blodgett, Missouri on 4/11/26! Come race with us in support of Heart of the Bride Ministries  in one of our three race options on Saturday- single lap competitive, single lap open, and 5 hour multi lap endurance event!  All participants receive a finisher medal and shirt. The 2026 Rock the Parkway half marathon and 5K is Kansas City's largest half marathon and is run along Kansas City's favorite half marathon course on historic Ward Parkway!  Both events start and finish in front of the world headquarters of our host, Burns & McDonnell.  The half marathon race is run separately from the 5K which starts after the half marathon participants have departed the starting area.

US Road Running Races US Road Running races are built for runners and walkers who like friendly, low-pressure race days with just enough competition to keep things exciting. Our events are local, welcoming, and easy to jump into, whether you are chasing a PR, collecting another themed medal, working toward series points, or just getting outside with good people. Most races are small enough to feel personal but organized enough to feel official. You can expect a clear course, helpful race staff, finisher medals, results, and a relaxed community feel. In the 5K race, the goal is to finish before the end of Ludwig van Beethoven's famous Symphony No. 5 (about 33 minutes). Molly's Miles 5K, 10K and Virtual Run is a mid-Missouri race that raises money to support the family members of police officers killed in the line of duty. All proceeds from the race will be provided to Missouri Concerns of Police Survivors (C.O.P.S.). The race is named after Officer Molly Suzanne Thomas Bowden who was mortally wounded while conducting a routine traffic stop on the night of January 10, 2005 in Columbia, Missouri. Molly passed away on February 10, 2005 at the age of 26 years old. She had been on the Columbia Police force for over three years and was the first Columbia Police officer killed in the line of duty. The slogan for this race is "In Honor of the Survivors," and focuses on the surviving families and affected co-workers of Missouri law enforcement officers who have died in the line of duty. The 38th Annual CCVI Trolley Run will return to the streets of Waldo, Brookside, and the Plaza on Sunday, April 26, 2026! The CCVI Trolley Run is the largest annual fundraiser for the Children's Center for the Visually Impaired. The in-person 2026 Ferguson Twilight Run event is on Saturday, May 16 at 501 South Florissant Road in downtown Ferguson! In-person distances include one mile, 5K (3.1 miles), 10K (6.2 miles). The C26 Kansas City Triathlon is the largest and one of the most renowned triathlons in the region, attracting both novice and veteran triathletes. For novice and veteran triathletes there will be a time trial swim start and Elite triathletes a wave swim start. The bike and run is a closed, flat and fast course. The race is early in the season which has a good probability of being wetsuit legal.
