ROCHESTER UGLY SWEATER 5K December 5, 2026 at 11:00 AM   Join us for the 9th Annual Rochester Ugly Sweater 5K in Webster, NY (New Location) on Saturday December 5, 2026. The Rochester Ugly Sweater 5K will take place at North Ponds Park (aka Charles E. Sexton Park). We are excited to have the Gardner Village Santa Run return to West Jordan. In 2020 we have added a Half Marathon and 10K to this race that had already a great 5K. The Human Potential Running Series Presents: The Sawmill Trail Runs @ Staunton State Park The Sawmill Trail Runs; first started as a “Fat Ass” event at White Ranch Open Space in Golden, CO in December 2013. We incorporated it into an official trail race starting in December 2017. In 2021, this event was moved to its new home at Staunton State Park in Pine, CO featuring 50k, 16-Mile, and 8-Mile distance options.  Staunton State Park is a gem within Colorado’s State Park system. This race follows a “last man standing” format. Runners must complete a 5K lap every 50 minutes. Each lap must be finished before the 50-minute timer reaches zero. When the timer hits zero, a new 5K lap begins for all remaining runner.

2026 will be the year to Run LoCo Half Marathon and Elf on the Run 5K!  The Run LoCo Half Marathon will be a certified out and back race course starting and finishing at the Tellico Lake Canal Day Use Area. Santa Made Me Do It! is a 5K road race, 2 mile walk and 1/4-mile kids fun run on December 5, 2026 in Bethlehem, CT. This race is organized by The First Mile and will be held in conjunction with the Bethlehem Christmastown Festival. Location and parking The race starts in front of the Memorial Hall on the Bethlehem Town Green. Parking will be at the Bethlehem Fair Grounds, 384 Main St North, Bethlehem, CT. Shuttle buses will bring runners and spectators to the Town Green beginning at 8:30 AM. The shuttle buses will run continuously throughout the day, so runners and their families can stay after the race and check out the festival. There will NOT be parking available at the Green and the road will be closed to traffic. Runners may also be dropped off at the Green. Event Description Don’t you wish it was already Christmas time?  So do we!  Christmas certainly is one of the most wonderful times of the year!  We are inviting families and individuals of all ages to join us for the 3rd annual Fun Run Rudolph!  This is a family fun run, not a race.  However, participants can run as fast or as slow as they would like.  This event has been created to bring families together during the Christmas season while promoting personal fitness.   Runners/Walkers will start the course by following Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer.  Rudolph will run the course with the participants and lead them through the 2-mile course.  Follow Rudolph and he will ultimately lead participants to Santa Claus who will be waiting at the finish line.   Once a participant finishes the course, they will receive a chocolate chip cookie to enjoy!  Participants will then have their picture taken with Santa Claus.  While waiting to take pictures with Santa, participants can fill out their wis

December 5th, 2026 Sponsored by Altra Running and NeverSecond Western States 100 Lottery Qualifier (sub 32-hour 100-mile) with 119 qualifiers in 2024 and 133 qualifier in 2025! This is the December edition of our popular Brazos Bend races, with the marquee event being the 100-mile. The Brazos Bend 100 is the largest trail race in Texas and one of the fastest trail races in the world on flat and smooth trails with incredible support from aid stations on a multi-loop course. The top 3 runners were under 16 hours in 2024. The course is 99.9% flat, and the only "hill" is a 10-foot rise over 0.1 of a mile. The rest of the ~16.7mi loop is flat surfaces that move from hard crushed rock, soft hiking trails under tree canopy, and smooth horse trails. Most runners will use a road shoe like the Altra Vanish Carbon 2, Torin 8, or Flow 2 but under wetter conditons a trail shoe may be a better choice. The race is being held to honor the memory of Garrett Yeager beloved friend, son, brother and father. All proceeds will be donated in his memory to New Hope Refuge. New Hope Refuge is a faith based and Christ centered program for women who are struggling with substance abuse issues.  The race course you get a little bit of everything. Starting out in the beautiful Eagle Mountain neighborhood for the 5k. The half marathon will continue over to the beautiful campus of Lyon College, once at Lyon you will jump on the 3/4 mile trail section of the course, upon exiting the trail you will run the country roads leading back to the main highway to work your way back to Eagle Mountain. Join the Hubbard PTO as we host our 3rd annual 5k event which kicks off Hubbard's Annual Magnolia & Mistletoe holiday festivities. The race will begin and end behind The Noble Savage at Hubbard's food truck park with start time at 9:00AM. The 1-Mile Fun Run/Walk will begin immediately following the 5K once all participants have cleared the start area. Event takes place at the Harbor Bay Ferry Terminal in Alameda on Bay Farm Island and supports a great cause.  The run will take you along the beautiful shoreline of Bay Farm Island and is a flat out and back with views of San Francisco and the Alameda Main Island. the first half is on the Harbor Bay Road with closed lanes for runners and the return is on the trails The Kids run for 12 and under will be a 1/2 mile course. Yule Run Clinton is a combined 5k walk/run and 8k run through Clinton's historic Olde Towne! The race dashes and dances from Jefferson Street to Clinton Boulevard, which takes runners through the route of the annual city-wide Christmas parade.
