For this year's Miles for Mark 5k, we will return to Yankee Park for another evening Glow Run.  We have a flat and fast course, all within the trail system at Yankee Park.   The Mark Andrew Kreusch Memorial Fund was founded by his family to honor Mark's life and spirit. Mark was four years old when his life suddenly ended in a boating accident on August 11, 2007. Mark loved his family, his friends, and embraced life by enjoying all that he did. His zest for life shined through his smile and giggle. Mark's parents vowed to keep his spirit alive by enriching the lives of other children. His family and friends miss him dearly. Their dream is to continue his legacy. Through various projects the fund will "Leave a MARK on a child's life" with all proceeds benefitting the Mark A. The LCpl Noah Lippeatt 3:16 Challenge is modeled after the United States Marine Corps Physical Fitness Test, combining strength and endurance through 3 core challenges, push ups, sit ups, and planks, while running 3.16 miles.​​​​ The challenge is designed for 3.16 miles to represent John 3:16, a core belief LCpl Noah Lippeatt carried and shared with others throughout his life. All proceeds from this event will go towards the Noah Lippeatt Foundation, which raises money for Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society (NMCRS), care packages, as well as uplifting activities for the Marines Stationed with Guard Company. This is all in honor of LCpl Noah Lippeatt, who passed on June 16, 2024. You will receive a specially designed race T-shirt and a race challenge coin if registered by March 16, 2026. Top 3 finishers in the competitive divisions (male and female) will receive a custom challenge coin.

The HYROX Sprint is a fast paced simulation of a Hyrox race, with only 1/4 the distance and reps. It's designed offer HYROX athletes an opportunity to test speed and strength using the HYROX race set up. The HYROX Sprint consists of 250m runs interspersed with 1/4 the distance or reps of the standard Hyrox workout stations.  This event is for HYROX Singles only: Men, Women, PRO.  No Doubles or Relays available.   Runs: 250m runs instead of the full 1000m in a standard HYROX. Dirty Dash is the newest race in the Dirty Trail Series, taking you to a brand-new venue at the Shelterhouse Picnic Area in South Chagrin Reservation of the Cleveland Metroparks. Choose between a 10k (hikers welcome!) or a half marathon. Join the Wolf Pack for the 2026 Spring and Summer Trail Series!    Experience over 10 weeks of exciting racing and running in stunning locations. Complete at least four loops to officially complete the race. You do not need to run for 6 hours. You can run for as long as it takes you to run four loops. Get ready for the 3rd Annual Kicks for Kids 5K presented by The Running Outreach Initiative and Buckeyes for Public Health! Taking place at The Ohio State University's Recreational and Physical Activity Center (RPAC), the Kicks for Kids 5K will take you up and around the university's beautiful Oval, finishing in the shadow of historic Ohio Stadium. The races will take place on Sunday, April 19th near OSU's Bike Hub next to the tennis courts (find parking info below). The 5K will begin at 10 am sharp, with the 1-mile Fun Run/Walk starting just a couple minutes behind. The sign-in table will open at 9:15 am, and refreshments will be provided. NEW LOCATION THIS YEAR: GLACIER RIDGE METRO PARK This race is to raise money in support of the work of Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Delaware and Union Counties. CASA is a program that advocates in court for child victims of abuse and neglect. Community volunteers serve as CASA's, and donate their time and resources to provide invaluable advocacy for children.  All proceeds raised through this event will go toward supporting the volunteers with items like holiday gifts to give the children, gas cards to visit them, relationship building items to take on visits, etc. Every participant will receive an event t-shirt, swag bag, snacks and drinks. The first 100 race finishers will also receive a race medal! We welcome race participants, event volunteers, financial donations, and corporate sponsors. Dirt Days Trail Series - Ault Park Switchback Sunday, April 19, 2026 9:00 am Ault Park, Cincinnati, OH Ault Park is one of the most frequently used parks in Cincinnati. A - The Ault Park Switchback will start with a short loop near the pavilion, before entering the woods. Once on the trail, runners will enjoy a rolling route, going down by the old railroad trestle, and even spending some time on the old pioneer road from the late 1700's. Networking through Ault's web of trails, the 3.6 mile course will come back up to the pavilion and then finish back at the soccer field. The Finley's Smile 5K & Smile Mile is the primary fundraiser for the Finley's Smile organization. The goal of Finley's Smile is to provide fun, authentic and meaningful experiences for children, while encouraging families to spend time together. New this year! 2.5K Race The 5K is 2 laps around the park, and this year you can receive a timed result for 1 lap (or 2.5K). Rails to Trails 10 • 15 • 20 Miler Once upon a time, trains rumbled along these tracks, carrying passengers and freight through Geauga and Lake Counties. Today, runners get to retrace that historic route, trading steel wheels for running shoes on a point‑to‑point net-downhill adventure that celebrates the spirit of the railway and the beauty of Northeast Ohio. Join us at "Ohio's Longest Continuously Run Marathon" - 2026 will be the 59th year! Our Half marathon has run for 33 years.  Start corner of South College Street and East Union Street on Sunday, April 19, 2026 at 8:00 AM.  Both races will be on the scenic Hockhocking Adena Bikeway which is fast and flat, before finishing on Ohio University's track at Pruitt Field. Both courses are USATF certified and well-marked; the Full Marathon is a Boston Qualifier Race!

This year's race will be held in the Recreational and Physical Activity Center (RPAC) at The Ohio State University on Sunday, April 19th, 2026. This will count as a USAT Collegiate Nationals qualifier.  An indoor triathlon is based on time rather than distance, allowing all levels of ability the opportunity to compete! There will be a 10 minute swim in the indoor competition pool. Then there is a 15 minute transition that allows you to change into biking clothes/get situated at your stationary bike. The stationary bike ride will last 20 minutes. A 5 minute transition is then given to allow you enough time to get to the track. Concluding the race is a 15 minute run on our indoor track. Prizes will be given out to our winners. Prizes: This years prizes include a Roka Wetsuit! The top male and top female finishers will each be awarded a certificate to purchase a wetsuit. WHAT:   Kettering Health and the Kettering Health Young Professionals (KHYP) invite you to the 15th Annual Spring Into Health 5K Run/Walk, benefiting Good Neighbor House. This 5K is a fundraiser supporting Good Neighbor House, a Dayton-based nonprofit that has served individuals and families for over 30 years. Their mission is to build healthier communities by meeting physical, emotional, and social needs, especially for underserved and uninsured neighbors.
