If you finish early, you rest until the next round. Miss a lap, and you’re out. Complete all six rounds, and you OUTLAST. This isn't just about speed — it's about pacing, discipline, and mental grit. Whether you're trying to survive all six or win your division, the challenge is the same: show up each hour, push your limits, and stay in it. Each course is trail-based, with natural terrain, elevation, and unpredictable conditions. You’ll have time between rounds to recover, refuel, and refocus — but not much. What You Earn: ​4 laps = “Grit Earned” patch 5 laps = “Survivor” patch 6 laps = Premium “OUTLAST” 6-inch medal ​​All participants receive a premium OUTLAST Tee. Top male and female with the fastest combined 5K times at each event win the 1st Place OUTLAST award. 18th Annual ~ Kid's Half Mile Fun Run, 5k, and 10k. Our Kid's Half Mile Fun Run is for kids 10 and under. Kids will receive a race medal at the finish line! The top runners in each age group will also receive a plaque so make sure you stay for the awards! Park to Park began in 2010 as a grassroots effort to support a local cancer patient and has since grown into Southwest Louisiana’s premier road race, bringing together runners, families, and supporters from across the region. A group of novice runners called the STARS created the event Running for Jimbo. As the cost of participating in athletics continues to rise—now exceeding $300 per athlete—fundraisers like Park to Park are more important than ever. Charles received incredible care during his kidney journey, including dialysis and home treatment education that gave him strength and independence. US Road Running Races US Road Running races are built for runners and walkers who like friendly, low-pressure race days with just enough competition to keep things exciting. Our events are local, welcoming, and easy to jump into, whether you are chasing a PR, collecting another themed medal, working toward series points, or just getting outside with good people. Most races are small enough to feel personal but organized enough to feel official. You can expect a clear course, helpful race staff, finisher medals, results, and a relaxed community feel. The Hammond Rotary's Charity Shamrock Run, will offer runners an opportunity to run the 1-mile and 5K/10K. This year's course will be at the Renaissance Festival grounds in Hammond, Louisiana (46468 River Rd, Hammond, LA 70401). Glory’s Garden Foundation is hosting the Glory 5K Walk/Run to rally Northeast Louisiana around families fighting through the NICU journey. In 2023 Glory Ann Strickland was born at 24 weeks and spent 308 days in the St. Francis and Childrens Hospital NICU. Her parents, family and friends understand no parent should face that lonely road alone. This event is more than a race; it’s a public show of love that raises critical support for medical expenses, travel, meals, and at home living expenses for NICU families. Our goal is to reach 1000 registrations so we could help 200 families. When our community shows up together, we don’t just raise funds we raise hope, dignity, and relief in the moments families need it most.

Join us on Saturday March 27, 2027 at 8:00am in New Orleans for the LCMC Health Crescent City Classic. Since 1979, the CCC 10k has been a New Orleans tradition. The race is produced locally by the Crescent City Classic Foundation, a not-for-profit 5013c entity. People of all physical abilities participate, including world-class runners, joggers, walkers, wheelchair athletes, kids in strollers, and even those with rolling beer coolers. The events surrounding the Crescent City Classic make for a jam-packed Easter weekend. The fun includes a two-day Health & Fitness Expo, free and open to the public.
