THS Post Prom provides an evening of free entertainment, food, raffles, and activities with the goal of providing a safe location for THS Seniors and their guests to gather after the prom from 11:00 pm until 3:00 am. Post Prom is a free event for all THS seniors regardless if they choose to attend the prom or not. Each attendee must complete their own online registration form. STUDENTS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ATTEND IF PROPER REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETED.  It is recommended that all participants plan accordingly to change out of their formal attire into comfortable/appropriate clothing to participate in a wide variety of games and activities before arriving at the Post Prom. New trail race in Mystic!  Join Kelley's Pace and Denison Pequotsepos Nature Center for a timed 5K trail race through high meadows, woods, and fields of Coogan Farm and the Nature Center! The Spring Street Mile and 5K is a road race in Manchester, CT featuring separate races for men and women.  The mile course is point-to-point; the start is one mile from the finish. The check-in area & registration table is near the finish line so please plan accordingly. The 5K course starts and finishes in front of the Globe Hollow parking lot.  Restrooms are in the parking lot at Mt. Nebo, one mile from the Spring Street Mile start. The Spring Street Mile leaders will be extremely fast, we ask everyone to be humble about their start position and we will ask the fastest runners to start on the line. We are pleased to present TriRidgefield and DuRidgefield. First held in 2007, the races wind their way through the bucolic countryside of Ridgefield, Connecticut. There will be a Sprint Triathlon, consisting of a half-mile swim in pristine Great Pond, a rolling 13-mile bike ride, and a challenging 5K finishing run. The Belltown Spring Sprint is now a 2 Mile Run and Walk and a Kids Fun Run to benefit East Hampton High School Project Graduation. The 2 Mile course takes you through the neighborhoods surrounding the high school. (No cross-country trails or hills this year). Volunteers will be positioned at every turn to keep participants on course. The Kids Run will be entirely on the high school track. Each year Project Graduation provides approximately 100 to 125 graduates with a fun, safe, drug and alcohol-free night that they will remember for years to come. The event is hosted at a safe location with plenty of food, fun and a wide variety of activities and entertainment for the students to enjoy. The Hamden Fest Half Marathon & 5K will be held at Town Center Park on Saturday June 6th. The event includes a Half Marathon and 5K. The road races will offer runners and walkers some grass and paved trail running. The Hamden Road race will kick off Hamden Fest. Hamden Fest will kick off at 11:00 am, with an extravaganza of events and activities in Town Center Park. Heart of Eastford's 5K returns 2026!! We are so excited to see everyone race day! Last year we set a new record, and we look forward to smashing the record this year. The Celebrate! West Hartford FUNd RUNS are the most family-friendly fitness runs in the Greater Hartford region. Featuring a non-competitive Kids' K dash and a 5K race, these events have something for ages 3-83+. A celebration of Trumbull High School Seniors, the Trumbull High School Eagle Final Fly Thru is a car procession allowing High School Seniors a chance to cruise the Town of Trumbull while onlookers cheer them on into the future!  The event will begin at the Trumbull Mall and proceed along a planned route to Trumbull High School. ALL SENIORS MUST BE DRIVEN BY PARENT OR OR GUARDIAN ALL DRIVERS MUST ALSO REGISTER FOR THE EVENT Seniors may safely travel in a vehicle as the procession leads them through town and culminates at Trumbull High School. This race will start and finish on Kenosia Avenue. Runners will begin the race heading northbound until they reach Christopher Columbus Avenue. From there, runners will continue around the cul-de-sac and head back towards the start/finish line. The course is flat and will have a hydration table set up around the halfway point. There will be a post race party and awards at Elicit Brewing following the race.  Every dollar raised from this race will go toward supporting an officer’s child’s higher education fund. At the end of the event, a recipient will be randomly chosen by an independent third party. A free beer from Elicit Brewing will be given to any runner age 21+, with valid proof of sign up.  There will be plenty of parking available on race day at the Elicit Brewing lot, located at 15 Backus Avenue. The Gaylord Gauntlet 5K Trail and Obstacle Run is an annual event held on the 400-acre campus of Gaylord Specialty Healthcare in Wallingford, CT—a 137-bed long-term acute care hospital serving individuals recovering from life-changing injuries or illnesses. As a cornerstone fundraiser for the hospital, the event supports the Gaylord Sports Association, which is dedicated to enhancing the lives of people with physical disabilities through adaptive sports and recreation. Please join us for our 6th Annual A.W. Stanley Park 5K to benefit Special Olympics Connecticut! Each year the event has more and more runners. This year, medals will be given to the top 3 finishers in various age groups for in person participants. The race is a scenic and enjoyable route with some rolling hills. It begins and ends at the same location! The race is contained within the park with the exception of a brief leg on the sidewalk along Stanley Street to accommodate more runners safely! Join us for the first-ever Devil Dash 5k! Participants are invited to run or walk our scenic 5k route along Stratford's Short Beach and into the Lordship community. All proceeds from this 5k will go to the Stratford High School Cross Country and Track and Field programs.

We have organized this race to honor friends who have struggled with mental health, substance use and suicide. The majority of proceeds from the race will go to Coalition for a Better Wallingford, a grassroots organization focused on early prevention and awareness. This is a rolling 5K through a beautiful New England town. The race starts and ends at a local park and winds through residential neighborhoods, past train tracks and by open fields. In addition to the 5K, we are offering a free, although donations are appreciated, family hike at Marcus Cooke Park. There are well marked trails for those choosing to go out on their own and a guided hike will also be offered for those interested.

Welcome to the Milford Rotary, Run in the Park, 5K - a Trail Run/Walk/Hike. The Lake T Sprint Series has been the first race for many Iron Distance Triathletes. In its 25th year, this race continues to be the stepping stone for so many triathletes to get to the next level. Racks are first come, first serve, waves are male/female, and there is a relay division as well.  The 600 yard lake swim is followed by a 2 loop bike course with rolling hills. The 5K run is a beautiful course around the lake which has a few small inclines and downhill the last mile.
