US Road Running Races US Road Running races are built for runners and walkers who like friendly, low-pressure race days with just enough competition to keep things exciting. Our events are local, welcoming, and easy to jump into, whether you are chasing a PR, collecting another themed medal, working toward series points, or just getting outside with good people. Most races are small enough to feel personal but organized enough to feel official. You can expect a clear course, helpful race staff, finisher medals, results, and a relaxed community feel. Bring your fast shoes, your steady walking pace, your favorite running buddy, or your best “I signed up for this on purpose” smile. We will be glad to see you at the start line. A quick race-day note: because many US Road Running events are small local races, we normally have one or two staff members at each race. Run or walk one or both CHASE RACE events! CHASE RACE  2-MILE is not only an AR Grand Prix Championship Race but a fun family event. Walkers & slower runners must yield to faster runners on course.  All participants will be directed to right side of course streets. Join us for the second annual Natural State Backyard Ultra which is the location for the High School Ultramarathon National Championship hosted by Epopeo in North Little Rock, Arkansas on March 14-15. Compete with other high school endurance athletes from around the country for the opportunity to be the High School Ultramarathon National Champion. The Backyard Ultra format (see description below) used for this event allows any level of runner the opportunity to compete whether they have competed in ultras in the past. To compete in the High School Division, the participant must not have graduated earlier than 2026. There is a separate Open Division for all adults and runners not classified in the High School Division. The start/finish of the half and full marathon will be at the River Front Pavilion 100 N B St. Fort Smith, AR 72901.  Marathon This course is both scenic and challenging and includes historic downtown, beautiful neighborhoods, paved trails, and rolling terrain with a few significant climbs and descents as well. Race date is Sunday, March 29, 2026 with race starting 7:00 am.  Half-Marathon Starts along the marathon route, but turns off around mile 7.5.  The route meets up with the marathon route at mile 9 for the return to the finish. Marathon Relay The Marathon course is broken into 5 relay legs.  First leg is 5.4 miles with 260' elevation gain.  Second leg is 4.8 miles with 114' elevation gain.  Third leg is 4.5 miles with 262' elevation gain.  Fourth leg is 6.3 miles with 237' elevation gain.  Last leg is 5.5 miles with 237' elevation gain.  These distances and elevation gains are approximate and may change slightly as we work on the logistics of setting up relay

The 13th Annual Mission Run in the Ozarks will take place Saturday morning March 28, 2026 at 7:00 and 9:00 a.m., starting at Flatwoods Missionary Baptist Church and ending at the Stone County Court Square. The event will include a 5K, Half, and Full Marathon Run through streets and highways of Mountain View and Stone County. Races will start at Flatwoods Church and end at the Stone County Court Square. 50th Annual Hogeye Marathon & Relays, Springdale, Arkansas- Non Profit Event  Over $35K raised for local charities in 2025! 26.2 miles of beautiful rolling course, mostly streets with some paved trail sections. Run by city parks, and through the minor league baseball park before finishing on the Razorback Greenway and in Downtown Springdale. The Highlands Gravel Classic is the first of two qualifiers in the USA for the UCI Gravel World Series (GWS). The GWS will include both new and existing events from around the world to qualify competitors to attend the world championships in Nice, France.  Selection for the world championships will be based upon age group and gender, along with both Elite men's and women's categories for UCI-licensed riders.  The top 25% finishers of ages 19-34 and then each 5-year age group (ex 35-39) separated by gender up to the oldest competitor will qualify.
