We currently have over 800 members across the United States who attend these free support groups to seek hope and healing as they navigate loving someone with addiction, as well as find strength through their grief of losing a loved one. East Canyon Marathon - 26.2 - 13.1 - 10K - 5K

The East Canyon Marathon has four distances. Full Marathon, Half Marathon, 10K and 5K.  The Full Marathon starts overlooking Salt Lake City at the Big Mountain Pass at the top of Emigration Canyon and heads East. This course follows along pine trees, aspens and follows several miles along the East Canyon Reservoir. The Full joins Half Marathon about 3/4 around East Canyon Reservoir where the Half Marathons starts and then heads down Red Rock Canyon which has great views and landscapes and unique rock formations. Around Mile 20 of the race the course turns into farmland with beautiful fields of grain and cool barns. The 10K and 5K are out and back courses that start where all distances finish at the Morgan County Fairgrounds.

Sunset Bay Trail Runs

Coos Bay, OR
Hilly, scenic trail run along the scenic Oregon Coast.  Sunset Bay Trail Runs feature very challenging courses, especially for the longer distances and the views will take what breath you have left away.  Seriously, this race has it all, killer hills through the woods, and an amazing flat cliff section where you'll see sea lions, rocks, the deep blue sea, and if you're very lucky, a passing whale.  This is an amazing, not to be missed course. Packet pickup and start/finish line is at the gazebo on far south end of Sunset Bay.  Packet pickup is race morning only.  Please come at least 1/2 hour before your race start time.  Sunset State Park is a very gracious host and we want to keep our welcome warm.  Please do not park on the grass! Oldham County Sprint Triathlon

Oldham County Parks and Recreation will be hosting its 23rd annual, USAT sanctioned Sprint Triathlon at Wendell Moore Park on Saturday, August 29, 2026.  This is a great race for every level of triathlete. Participants must be 16 & over. Swimming leg, 400 meters, is a time start, every 15 seconds, in the John W. Black Aquatic Center 25 meter pool. Bike course, 10 miles, on the Oldham County roads (non closed) with police at the major intersections. Bike course is a hilly course. Run leg, 2 Miles, is on the park grounds includes an asphalt trail with a few grass sections. All triathletes receive a finish metal at the finish line. Mud Sweat and Gears MTB Race

Mud Sweat & Gears is a mountain bike race held at the Comlara park trail system.  The MSG Mountain XC style event will be held at Comlara park boat launch near the worlds largest square knot.   The race will traverse new sections of single track along Evergreen Lake with sections of open fields, double track, single track and few short road sections connecting trails for the sport and expert classes.  Novice and Kids loops will be off-road and no road sections. Novice loop will be approximately 6-8 miles. Sport loop will be approximately 14.75 miles.  Please Review the course guide, related to road sections.  Follow rules of the road on your bike. Expert loop will be two loops of the Sport Loop.  There is a free kids race for those under the age of 12.
