Mud Sweat & Gears is a mountain bike race held at the Comlara park trail system.  The MSG Mountain XC style event will be held at Comlara park boat launch near the worlds largest square knot.   The race will traverse new sections of single track along Evergreen Lake with sections of open fields, double track, single track and few short road sections connecting trails for the sport and expert classes.  Novice and Kids loops will be off-road and no road sections. Novice loop will be approximately 6-8 miles. Sport loop will be approximately 14.75 miles.  Please Review the course guide, related to road sections.  Follow rules of the road on your bike. Expert loop will be two loops of the Sport Loop.  There is a free kids race for those under the age of 12. Come take part in the Oak Ridge Fall Classic 5k! The course utilizes the Oak Ridge Recreation and Parks' Melton Hill Lake Greenway. It is a perfect way for runners and walkers to celebrate the end of August and the approaching fall. All proceeds will benefit programming of Ridgeview Behavioral Health Services. Running With Ella is not quite your typical 5k. We have no podium (though we just might hand out an odd prize or two), or timer. Putting up a lightning fast time at our 5k will not qualify you for the Boston Marathon. But what we do bring to the table–in spades, if we can brag just a little–is the spirit of joy, hope, and community.  We gather on this morning to celebrate movement of any kind–whether that means running, walking, skipping, or dancing your way to the finish line. From dad jokes to high fives to music, we put as much into the fun as we do the run  (or walk or dance or...you get it).  Once again this year, our event ends just as one of the most popular annual gatherings in town–the Austin ArtWorks Festival–begins. Spacious Skies  is a Cross Country race hosted by the Gladitz Family  at the  St Boniface cross country course . the race is for kids from 1st thru 8th grades . Awards will be presented to the top 10 finishers in each category (Grades 1-2 / 3-4 / 5-6 / 7-8 Boys and Girls). All 1st thru 4th graders will run a 1 mile course and all 5th thru 8th graders will run a 2 mile course . Awards will be presented to the top 10 runners in each race . Timing will be provided  by BigWhiteTrailer  .We ask that all runners arrive 30 min before there race start time .  We will be doing team awards again this year . IMPACT: Friends Improving Allegany County Trails is hosting the second annual trail run through the forested Phillips Creek, Turnpike, and Palmers Pond State Forest.  NEW THIS YEAR - we have added both a 10K distance walk and a 25K race course for runners.  Improvements to trail 3 were completed in 2025 and the 5K course has returned to the distance advertised.  All courses pass through rolling hardwood stands as well as sections of older pine plantations showing off the beauty of Western New York.  Map of Palmers Pond, Phillips Creek ,and Turnpike State Forest Trails: Map of State Forest Trails -The 5K run and walk follows the the Trail 3 loop clockwise finishing at the trail head of the State Route 244 parking lot.  The route is rolling and may have wet spots to cross. Finger Lakes Duathlon Watkins Glen The Formula 1 Duathlon is staged on one of the most historic and well-known race tracks in the country. Watkins Glen International hosts the only NASCAR event in New York State and has its roots in Formula 1 racing. Our Formula 1 race at The Glen is a run-bike-run-bike-run duathlon taking place on Porsche Clash weekend. We take the track following the event with Pit Row serving as transition. Added to the event in 2017 is the Classic Du - run-bike-run duathlon on the same legendary course.   Come early to watch the Porsche event on the track before we race which is included in your registration!

One of the greatest destination half marathons in North Carolina!  Asheville is truly an American treasure and a running destination with great shopping and world-class beer, arts, and dining. Asheville is one of America's most picturesque cities with beautiful homes, mountains and attractions bordering the Blue Ridge Parkway!  The 13th Annual Asheville Half Marathon - 10k - 5K  begins and ends in Pack Square on August 29, 2026. The East Canyon Marathon has four distances. Full Marathon, Half Marathon, 10K and 5K.  The Full Marathon starts overlooking Salt Lake City at the Big Mountain Pass at the top of Emigration Canyon and heads East. This course follows along pine trees, aspens and follows several miles along the East Canyon Reservoir. The Full joins Half Marathon about 3/4 around East Canyon Reservoir where the Half Marathons starts and then heads down Red Rock Canyon which has great views and landscapes and unique rock formations. Around Mile 20 of the race the course turns into farmland with beautiful fields of grain and cool barns. The 10K and 5K are out and back courses that start where all distances finish at the Morgan County Fairgrounds.

This year will mark our 3rd annual Run For Hope, when we remember, honor, and celebrate those who lost their lives to addiction. This year's event is hosted by our Finding Hope and Hope After Loss Support Groups. We currently have over 800 members across the United States who attend these free support groups to seek hope and healing as they navigate loving someone with addiction, as well as find strength through their grief of losing a loved one. This year’s run will be family focused with our second one-mile memorial walk/run, inflatables, food trucks, and more. This will be an event you and your family will not want to miss! All proceeds from this year’s “Run For Hope” will go to funding our growing Finding Hope and Hope After Loss Support Groups, allowing more families to find healing and hope.
