The Tacoma Narrows Half Marathon is back, featuring a Half Marathon 10K and 5K course that begins and ends at Cheney Stadium! We’re partnering with the Tacoma Rainiers, it’s going to be a weekend full of running and baseball fun! The Tacoma Narrows Half Marathon is an out-and-back course that will start outside Cheney Stadium, you’ll then run along the Scott Pierson Trail, cross the pedestrian bridge over highway 16 and run through the quiet Skyline neighborhood* then take you across the majestic Tacoma Narrows Bridge and bring you back inside Cheney Stadium, where you’ll run on the warning track (and where you will see yourself on the jumbotron and be able to say “Look Ma, I made it!”). *You’ll cross the Skyline Bridge again on the way back and run the neighborhood loop again on the way back to Cheney Stadium. THE PLUTONIUM MAN TRIATHLON TAKES PLACE ON AUGUST 29, 2026 TWO DISTANCES TO CHOOSE FROM:  you have the choice of Olympic distance, sprint distance, or relay teams for the Olympic distance event. RACE FORMAT: 1.3 km swim; 40 km bike; 10 km run for the Olympic distance triathlon and 1.3 km swim, 20 km bike, and 5 km run for the sprint distance triathlon. The East Canyon Marathon has four distances. Full Marathon, Half Marathon, 10K and 5K.  The Full Marathon starts overlooking Salt Lake City at the Big Mountain Pass at the top of Emigration Canyon and heads East. This course follows along pine trees, aspens and follows several miles along the East Canyon Reservoir. The Full joins Half Marathon about 3/4 around East Canyon Reservoir where the Half Marathons starts and then heads down Red Rock Canyon which has great views and landscapes and unique rock formations. Around Mile 20 of the race the course turns into farmland with beautiful fields of grain and cool barns. The 10K and 5K are out and back courses that start where all distances finish at the Morgan County Fairgrounds.

Join us for WARM’s inaugural Hunger Heroes 5K, which will take place on Saturday, August 29th, 2026, at the Westerville Sports Complex (325 N. Cleveland Ave. Westerville OH 43082). Our Children’s Race will start at 8:40 AM, and our 5K will start at 9 AM. Proceeds will benefit Westerville Area Resource Ministry (WARM). September is Hunger Action Awareness Month, an annual nationwide campaign to raise awareness about food insecurity and to inspire action. WARM’s Hunger Heroes 5K brings people together in a fun way to highlight the growing need in the Westerville community. We also have a virtual option for those who cannot attend on event day. The Scouting America Half Marathon and 5K is the perfect tune up race for your fall racing. Ideally situated just a few weeks before the Garmin Marathon Series in Toledo, this is a great way to test your nutrition and pace. The half marathon enjoys a very flat route through the heart of a college downtown. This course scenery has it all -- Industrial, downtown, wooded bike paths, golf course neighborhood, and City Park. Our intent is to organize a safe and rewarding race experience for everyone. Triathlon Race SegmentsIndividual and Relay teams will complete: Swim: 1,000 yard Athletes will depart from a beautiful sandy beach into serene Swan Lake for a 1,000 yard swim around clearly marked buoys. Runners completing multiple laps will have split times as they pass through the 5k finish arch for each lap until they complete either their 10k or 25k events.
