We're still offering a virtual "supporter" option so you can get the same swag and help raise awareness for driving safely in work zones. The 38th Annual CCVI Trolley Run will return to the streets of Waldo, Brookside, and the Plaza on Sunday, April 26, 2026! The CCVI Trolley Run is the largest annual fundraiser for the Children's Center for the Visually Impaired. CMU's annual Color Run will be on Sunday, April 26, 2026. The start time for both races is 3:00 p.m. We recommend arriving 15-30 minutes prior to the race.   The pre-registration window will close Wednesday, April 22 at 12 p.m. Participants have the option to join the 5k run or 1 mile walk. Packet pickup will be in the Inman Plaza on April 23 and April 24 from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. Packet pickup will also be available starting one hour before the race on race day and closing 15 minutes before the race. Runners may still register at packet pickup or on race day, but might not receive a packet or T-shirt if supplies are out. The starting line will be located at Davis Field. In August of 2022, we lost Sam Scherer to an aggressive form of cancer called cholangiocarcinoma. Sam's endless positive energy and appreciation for life shined bright throughout his time with us. He loved his family, friends and community. His boisterous laugh and passion for fun were evident with every step of his so-called "thunderous calves". He loved bringing people together and we are thrilled to honor him with this second annual Family Walk & Runv .This no pressure, family friendly event is for all ages. The 32nd Annual 5K for Health directly benefits Cass Community Health Foundation's safety net dental clinic, Cass County Dental Clinic. The clinic treats thousands of families who otherwise couldn't afford dental care at its two locations in Belton, Missouri and Harrisonville, Missouri each year. The Lance Cpl. Leon B. Deraps Scholarship fund gives Jamestown C-1 seniors the opportunity to receive a scholarship in his memory. Leon was a 2005 graduate of Jamestown High School. He died on May 6, 2006 while conducting combat operations in Iraq.  On Saturday, May 2, 2026 we will honor Lance Cpl. Leon B. Deraps for his service and sacrifice to our great country with a walk/run/ride.  20 years gone, but never forgotten.We look forward to bringing the community together to honor our hero. The 2nd Annual BKM 4 Life Foundation Black Maternal Health 5K is a timed event hosted on the campus of SSM Health DePaul Hospital – St. Louis, a proud sponsor of this initiative. The race course features a double loop around the hospital perimeter and shines a light on the challenges and triumphs Black moms face during pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum. Black women are 3–4 times more likely to die during childbirth. This fundraising event raises awareness and drives action to improve care for mothers and babies. Proceeds will directly benefit The Family Birthplace at SSM Health DePaul Hospital, supporting programs and resources that make a difference in maternal health outcomes.

TriFAHL is one of the area's only triathlons. This is a short distance triathlon for men and women of all athletic abilities that provides the opportunity to "Tri for a Healthy Life" in a low-key and supportive environment. Since we are a smaller race, you don't have to wake up super early to try to find parking and walk a long distance to the race venue or wait in long lines to start the race. Plus you will be finished and on the road by 11am. First-timers and experienced racers are all welcome! TOUR de HOPE Road is an uncommonly fun cycling event in Kansas City. This fully supported paved road ride offers three distance options for a wide range of ages and experience levels. The routes are designed to encourage riding together and offer optional KOM/QOM segments for those looking to add a little challenge to their day. Along the way, riders can expect well-stocked SAG stops with food and beverages, plus food, beer, and an after-party at the finish to celebrate the ride and the impact it makes. 100% of proceeds support The Hope Center KC and its work serving individuals, families, and neighborhoods on Kansas City’s East Side.

The 11th Annual Biz Dash 5K presented by World Wide Technology returns this spring to Energizer Park on Thursday, May 7th in Downtown St. Louis! The Spectrum Team Village will be open from 5-9pm. The 5K is tentatively scheduled to start at 7pm.  Promote health and wellness in the workplace and encourage everyone to get outside and be active. Since the Union R-XI Foundation took over this event, the race has returned to its roots with an evening start during Union's annual Founder's Day Festival. Being the oldest and longest-standing road race in Franklin County and one of the oldest in the St. Louis metro area, the Founder's Day Run has been known to be a tough race. Join us for the fourth  Annual Achilles Hope and Possibility 5K and 1 mile! Achilles St. Louis pairs athletes with disabilities and volunteers/guides to participate in races throughout the year. This one race benefits the Achilles St. Louis chapter, and we would love for you to join us to run, walk, or roll! Come run, walk, or roll on the beautiful paths at Creve Coeur Lake Park, and experience a fast, flat, and wide course. New this year, cyclists will have a chance to come ride alongside our Achilles tandem and adaptive cycling program at the conclusion of the 5K and 1 mile. Welcome to HLH Heroes Foundation's Fourth Annual Virtual 5k Fun Run! Thank you for joining us for another year of fundraising for families and individuals impacted by HLH (Hemophagocytic Lymphohistiocytosis).     What is our Virtual 5k about? The race is virtual, which means... you can participate from anywhere!!! Pick your favorite park, trail, neighborhood, beach, mountain, or wherever you like to walk, run, bike, stroll. A 5k is a distance of 3.1 miles. We will be back at the same location as last year—1409 E Cherry Street, the field next to Sleepy Opossum Cafe—following our tried-and-true route.  This family-friendly event welcomes animal lovers and athletes of all ages and experience levels. Well-socialized, leashed pups are encouraged (no retractable leashes). Choose from a 1-mile, 5K, or virtual race option. Every step supports Rescue One and helps save lives! This event will take place rain or shine unless severe weather creates unsafe conditions for participants or volunteers.
