Kids will earn points for each race they complete based on their finish. Pricing: The registration fee covers the entire five (5) weeks of the Series which includes race bibs for each week, a runner shirt, a finisher medal and any sponsor giveaways. Shirt Policy (effective 01-01-2016) Preregistered runners receive a shirt if they sign up by a specified date when the shirts are ordered. After that extra shirts are first come, first serve. After a race, shirts of runners that did not show up will be given to those runners that signed up race day. If you want your shirt but cannot make the race, please have another runner pick yours up. No shirts will be ordered after the race. No shirts will be mailed.

The eighth annual Rams Let's Walk 5k will be held on Sunday, September 20th, 2026 at 9am to raise funds and awareness for West Chester University student-athlete mental health. WCU students, staff, faculty, family, friends, and community members are encouraged to rally with us in support of our student-athletes through participation in the 5k race or 1 mile walk. The purpose of the race is to: Raise funds to benefit WCU student-athletes, providing new and additional resources toward mental health initiativesRaise awareness surrounding mental health, including suicide prevention awarenessProvide mental health education and resources Mental health and suicide prevention awareness are topics near and dear to WCU Athletics, affecting our WCU student-athletes and community directly. It's important to bring light to such sensitive topics in order to normalize the conversation, unify our community, and validate the necessity for providing resources and support to student-athletes. Steelman Racing Endless Summer Swim will be held on September 20th, 2026, at the Tohickon Boat Launch at Nockamixon State Park. This is the third and final race of the Steelman Racing Open Water Swim Series, and is the perfect way to end your summer swimming season in a fun and challenging race environment. Swimmers will be taking the plunge and enjoying the calm, clear waters at Nockamixon State Park as they skim through the water in the1, 2 ,or 3 mile course options. Awards are presented to the top overall male/female, top overall male/female/ co-ed relays, and three deep-in-age divisions from 13 – 80 years old. After the race, all athletes will be treated to an awesome post-race party with tons of food and music. This race has it all so don’t miss out on the Steelman Racing Endless Summer Swim.

Staged out of Marsh Creek State Park, this race is located just west of Philadelphia, PA and minutes from the Turnpike. The time trial swim takes place in 500 acre Marsh Creek Lake and features a single loop, rectangular shaped swim course. The bike course is a beautiful, well paved, single loop 20k course that takes athletes through a mix of technical sections and long straightaways alongside trout streams and forests. The 5k run course is entirely within the park and has beautiful lake views and a good uphill at mile 1. JOIN US FOR A BREAKTHROUGH SOCIAL RIDE TO GET TUNED UP FOR THIS YEAR’S BREAKTHROUGH CHALLENGE, EASTERN PA’S MOST SCENIC BIKE RIDE, WHICH WILL BE HELD SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 27, 2026 IN THE BEAUTIFUL OLEY VALLEY. Breakthrough Challenge social rides are hosted by our sponsor, Trek Bicycle Ardmore, and organized by the Beam of Life team. The rides are free and open to all. We offer two no-drop route options (a 12-mile route and a 25-mile route) through Sunday morning roads along the Main Line. The actual routes will be determined by the ride leader and may vary slightly from the Strava route maps below. Registrations are limited for these rides, so register now! Athletes eligible to compete will have received an email advising them of their eligibility. Our system will only allow these athletes to register.Firefighters from the West and Southwest Regions: In lieu of the regional events previously cancelled by the US Police & Fire Games, firefighters from the West and Southwest Regions who were unable to compete regionally are welcome to come to Erie to earn their regional titles and records for the season, and vie for U.S. National titles.Pennsylvania Firefighters: Any firefighter from Pennsylvania who has not qualified at a regional event is eligible to compete for Pennsylvania specific awards only to determine the BEST in the state.International Competitors: Firefighters from Canada are welcome to cross Lake Erie and take on the course for the opportunity to compete for awards in their own special categories prior to the World Championship event. Get ready to soar Eagles! The 2025 Dash for Doyle run/walk fundraiser will be held from Friday, September 26th to Sunday, October 5th! During the days leading up to the fun run/walk, the students will learn about the importance of our Doyle Core 4 traits with mini lessons led by our teachers and 6th grade leaders. Students will participate in lessons about being safe, kind, responsible, and respectful. On Friday, October 3rd, students will have the chance to celebrate their efforts and participate in the Fun Run/Walk with their grade level. Each day we will announce the class that has raised the most money and the grade level in the lead, then on Monday, Oct 6th we will announce the class that raised the most donations as the school-wide grand prize winner, along with the leading class for each grade level! To make a donation click the donate button and select the students homeroom teacher. All funds raised from Dash For Doyle go directly back to Doyle Elementary. The money raised will be used for new outdoor benches, enhancements to the gym, field trips, assemblies, library books, classroom advancements and other school improvements.

The 48th annual Goose Day 5K Run is an integral part of Mifflin County's unique Goose Day celebration in late September. The course through the south end of Lewistown is fast, flat and perfect for a PR. There are trophies for the first overall male and female, first masters (40 & over) male and female, and the top three finishers in nine male and female age groups (10 & Under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & Over). All pre-registered runners will receive a technical race t-shirt. 2025 26x1 Mile Marathon Relay Teams of 13 (or as few as 6) people will race for their fastest collective marathon time. When/Where The 2026 race will take place on September 26, 2026. Gun time is at 9:00am; teams may setup beginning at 8:00am. The race takes place at the Woodlands, on a one-mile course with dirt path and some paved road sections. Enter through the big gate across from the trolley portal. Follow the signs when you come in. The race itself will take place at the Woodland's Stables and runners will do the trail loop. Teams are welcome to bring tents and snacks while they support their runners. No grills or other on-site cooking. The Baton Each team must devise their own baton. It an be anything - a snap bracelet, a banana, a stick, a pompom, whatever. The Champion Each team will select a runner - different than their last mile runner - to run the final 0.2 miles to complete the official marathon for the team. Selection for this position is considered a great honor. The Torch Each team's champion will complete their 0.2 mile leg with a torch of their making. It probably (definitely) should not be on fire. Celebrate America’s 250th birthday with a race into the horizon! Cross the finish line at sunset and join us for a patriotic bonfire as we honor 250 years of independence. We’ll be serving up classic American favorites: hot dogs roasted over the open fire and gooey, toasted s’mores to cap off a historic evening!" Registration is only $15. All proceeds from the race will go to the Northern Tier Veterans Group (NTVG). This is a local non profit group formed to provide assistance to our veterans in need. As an initiative of the Union-Snyder Community Action Agency (CAA), the Hunger Coalition brings together community members and representatives from organizations ranging from social service agencies to food pantries to local schools – all motivated by developing a community-wide, coordinated approach to address food insecurity in our community. Since its inception in 2020, the Union-Snyder Hunger Coalition has garnered a membership network of more than 100 representatives and grown to be a well-established voice on food insecurity issues. As a network, we coordinate meetings with key stakeholder groups, including food access programs and local producers, we communicate information about food resources, and we organize educational events. The Adam Zook Memorial Run is a timed 5k or 9.88 mile run, and an untimed 2-mile walk that takes place on Saturday, September 26, 2026. Proceeds collected from this event will fund scholarships for three seniors from the 2026-2027 class and support suicide prevention initiatives within the Tyrone Area School and the surrounding community. The race will begin at Reservoir Park in Tyrone, PA. Pre-registration is $15 for participants 18 and under and $25 for participants 19+. Day-of registration will be $30.

A scenic trek along the trails surrounding the Schuylkill Center for Environmental Education. Founded in 1965, the Schuylkill Center is one of the first urban environmental education centers in the country, with 365 acres of fields, forests, and streams in northwest Philadelphia. Participants will enjoy a beautiful course filled with mature tulip poplars, several ponds, oaks, beeches, and art installations. Choose your distance: 7, 14, 21, or 28 miles, and complete in 10 hours to earn the coveted UltraTrax Grey Wolf Medal. Toss on a 10, 20, or 35-lb weighted vest or ruck and unlock bonus finisher swag + serious bragging rights. The course will be extremely well marked. It is not a race, but it is a timed event and walkers will have 10 hours to complete the course. Sundown Rundown isn’t just a race—it’s an ultra that forgot the slow part. Course Design: 1.6 miles or 2.8km lap distances. Each course varies, but the distance is intentional to make pacing more challenging. This is a short-course backyard-style race with an elimination built into the start times. Scoring The winner is the last runner to complete a lap before that lap's cutoff — and the cutoff gets faster every lap. You can choose to sit out the next lap to protect your position instead of risking the cutoff, but that choice is final; there's no re-entry.
