Join us for the final race of the 2026 Into the Woods trail run series!  Wind your way through six miles of trails, fields, and boardwalk to go the distance.  The race will be chip-timed. Experience an adventure race unlike anything else—paddle, pedal, and pace your way on the Conemaugh River to the West Penn Trail in the scenic, historic town of Saltsburg, PA. Solo racers must be at least 15 years old. Participants ages 12–14 may compete as part of a team, provided they do not complete the paddle segment on their own. E‑bikes are not permitted. Early registration opens April 1, 2026, and closes at 1 p.m. on October 8, 2026. Note: The paddle course will be finalized closer to race day based on river conditions.

This will be a night run so bring your flashlights and glow sticks! The course will take you through the rolling streets of Frackville. There will be gentle inclines, some not so gentle inclines, with a downhill finish. This event is open to all ages and abilities. Walkers are welcome! Come dressed in your scariest, funniest, or group costumes for a chance to win some prizes! Top 3 overall runners will receive unique Frackville Fright awards as well as the top 2 in each age group. The mission of RRR is to fundraise, increase awareness, and facilitate connections for people with myalgicencephalomyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS), dysautonomia, and related illnesses, now including long COVID. All funds raised directly support Dr. Peter Rowe and his colleagues at the Chronic Fatigue and Related Disorders Clinic. The September 11th National Memorial Trail traverses over 900 miles across the state of Pennsylvania. Join the Alliance for the 3rd Annual Gettysburg Loop Tour, a six-day, 200+ mile journey through south-central Pennsylvania, with a two-day stop in the historic town of Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, via the 9/11 National Memorial Trail.   A significant highlight of the tour includes a stay in Gettysburg on Saturday and Sunday, October 24th and 25th (Days 3 & 4), where participants will have a variety of routes and rides to choose from, showcasing the Gettysburg Battlefield and other local attractions.   Beginning in Harrisburg, PA, on October 21, the cycling tour will move southwest following the 9/11 Trail alignment's loop to Gettysburg before ultimately ending back in Harrisburg on October 27.
