Welcome to the Awesome 3000! Join us as we return to McCulloch Stadium for another year of this exciting event. Since 1983, youth from Salem-Keizer and surrounding areas have participated in this fun run event that benefits Salem-Keizer Schools.  In 2024-2025, United Way will distribute nearly $40,000 in grants throughout the district to benefit our children. Miles for Midwives 5k walk/run/roll is at 10am on May 16, 2026 at the beautiful Champoeg State Park, located halfway between Oregon City and Salem. This annual event raises awareness about the impact midwives have on improving outcomes in maternal and infant health and supports two professional midwifery organizations, The American College of Nurse-Midwives Oregon Affiliate and Oregon Midwifery Council. Course Description:  A mostly flat course through Dayton neighborhoods, with a short uphill around mile 1.  Race begins and ends at the historic Courthouse Square Park in downtown Dayton.  Come enjoy this small town race, plan to stay afterwards to enjoy the after-party and local shops and restaurants.   YRun Dayton is a Dayton school district sponsored club whose mission is to bring communities together through movement.  All proceeds from the race will help fund K-12 running programs in the Dayton school district.

The Oregon Tech Twilight Fun Run is hosted by Oregon Tech Wellbeing in collaboration with Sky Lakes Medical Center. This year, we have partnered to combine the Fun Run with the annual Music Garden! Route: The Fun Run will begin at Eulalona (formerly known as Kit Carson) Park, proceeding up the trail that runs parallel to Crater Lake Parkway, to El Dorado, up Daggett, and then right on Bryant Williams Way and around campus, coming into the main entrance of campus and ending at the College Union. This race is a fundraiser to support McKay HS Cross Country Team!   Friday, June 12th, 2026 10k starts at 7:00 pm  5k starts at 7:10 pm Starting location: Minto Brown Island Park, parking lot #3 by the pavilion The 5K and 10K courses are flat courses in a natural setting in a beautiful park. The 5K course is all on paved trails. The 10K course does have a small loop along an open trail and then returns to a paved path again. Participate in one or all of the STRIDE run/walk events! Taking place in some of Salem’s most loved parks and held once a month on a Saturday morning, May-September. Rose City Track Club is proud to present the 9th annual Rose City Mile! Our mission is to provide a fun and accessible opportunity for runners of all ages and abilities to test their fitness. Join us on Saturday, June 13 at Franklin High School in southeast Portland for a track meet like no other. We believe that everyone has a place in the running community that is respectful, safe, and inclusive. On race day we present awards in men's, women's, and non-binary categories. The 7th Annual Heroes on the RunPresented by Subaru of Bend Run in the morning. Celebrate all day. For the first time ever, Heroes on the Run is part of Heroes & Hounds, a full-day celebration in Bend’s Old Mill District in partnership with the Hungry Hound Doggolympics. Join us on Saturday morning, June 20, 2026 to celebrate the summer solstice with Dave's Solstice Run 5K at Blue Lake. This event is named after Dave Green, a long-time ORRC member and volunteer. Dave was an active board member, joining in 1981, and becoming president in 1992. Race director for multiple events, including the original Blue Lake Runs, Dave was also the “Treasurer Extraordinaire” and was instrumental in helping the club through some tough times financially in the past. This event epitomizes Dave Green, and his love for low-key, family friendly events.

In Oregon and Washington, the American Cancer Society estimates 1,610 new diagnoses. These are our grandmothers, mothers, sisters, partners, colleagues, and friends. Ovarian cancer remains the deadliest gynecologic cancer and the fifth leading cause of cancer-related death among women in the United States. Because symptoms are often subtle and easily dismissed, nearly three-quarters of cases are diagnosed after the cancer has spread beyond the ovaries. While the overall five-year survival rate is about 50 percent, survival drops significantly — to around 30 percent — when the disease is diagnosed at a distant stage. 9th Annual Race to Save the Harvest! Minto-Brown Island Park It's hard to believe this family-friendly race has been going and growing for 9 years! Thank you for continuing to support our mission to feed hungry families and reduce food waste. The 3k out-and-back course, and 5k loop course, will be within Minto-Brown Park along shaded, hard-surface paths. The start and finish lines will be at the south end of Parking Lot 3 near the covered picnic area. Please review the course maps located under the Race Info tab at the top of this webpage. There will be No Official Timing at this event. Our focus is on providing a safe, fun, family event where you can run, walk, hop, skip, or jump your way through the course with friends and family to support the work and mission of Salem Harvest. Welcome to the 2026 Milk Run!  This event features a 2 mile walk/run, 5k walk/run and 10k run in the heart of Tillamook, Oregon. An 8:00am shot-gun allows for plenty of time to participate on the June Dairy Parade and Rodeo Start and finish at the Tillamook YMCA and enjoy scenic pastures, waterways, and mountain views as you wind your way through the back roads of Tillamook. Stayton Fun Run Since 1983 Stayton has been celebrating fitness and this family tradition on the 4th of July. Both the runs and walk of this annual event will take place on asphalt and cross-country surfaces. The courses are excellent for the competitive runner, fun runner and walker. The Runs and Walk is being held in conjunction with Stayton’s 4th of July festival. The festival features such activities as a Kid’s and Grand Parade, a community dinner, band concerts, variety show, kid’s games, food booths and a fantastic fireworks display. So, there is much to do after the race is over. Welcome to the Hillsboro Rotary Run 5K and Kids Dash! We are excited to bring this event back to Downtown Hillsboro. The Hillsboro Rotary Club has partnered with the Downtown Hillsboro Run Club to put on a 5k and free Kids Dash.  Come join us the morning of Fourth of July to run the historic 4th of July Parade route!

A 1-mile kid's run and an approximately 3K for grown-ups.  The grown-up race begins as soon as the kids are done, approximately 10:15.  The race is on city park sidewalks, trails, and includes one HUGE hill in beautiful Mingus Park.  We have organized fireworks that evening for all participants!

What Is OUTLAST? OUTLAST is a 6-hour trail endurance challenge where runners complete a 5K every hour, on the hour. Each lap must be finished within the hour to stay in the event. If you finish early, you rest until the next round. Miss a lap, and you’re out. Complete all six rounds, and you OUTLAST. This isn't just about speed — it's about pacing, discipline, and mental grit. Whether you're trying to survive all six or win your division, the challenge is the same: show up each hour, push your limits, and stay in it.
