Join us for a fun fall morning of fitness and fellowship as we run/walk 3.1 miles around the south side of Indianapolis. All are welcome! Proceeds from this event benefit St. Jude Catholic Church Youth Ministries. There is also a 50 yard kids race just prior to the main event. This is a free event and registration is requested but not required for this fun event! Run the Monon Indy Runners and Walkers - Long Run & Picnic Sheridan/Carmel to Broad Ripple Version Join us for the most fun on a long run, "Run the Monon"! Continuing our "rotation" between Downtown versions and exploring the northernmost section from Sheridan - this year we'll be starting in Sheridan! We'll start at Marott Park in Broad Ripple (park at Park Tudor School across College Ave), load up buses in that parking lot and bus up to our Starts = at Biddle Memorial Park in Sheridan for the 20-milers or the Lowes on 146th/Carmel for the 12-milers, then Run/Walk back down to Marott Park. There are two available distances: 20 miles and 12 miles. Note: This is NOT a race - it is untimed and no traffic restrictions are in place - but rather a unique chance to get in a long training run with a group of friends and enjoy a fun route. RESTROOMS: We will have a couple of portable restrooms at Marott Park. Biddle Park and the Lowes Home Improvement store both have restrooms available. ARRIVAL TIME / BUS PICK-UP 20-miler Runners will need to arrive starting at 7:00 am to check-in and load the buses. The buses will leave at 7:30am SHARP! 12-mile Walkers (Early Departure) will need to arrive starting at 7:00am for a PROMPT early departure at 7:30am to the 12 miles drop-off point. This has been a nice addition for our Walkers (15:00 per mile pace or slower) to get a bit of a head start on the 12-mile distance. 12-mile Runners should arrive by 8:15am. Their buses will return from dropping off the 20 milers, load up the 12-milers, then leave the parking lot around 8:45 am. STARTING LINE LOCATIONS 20-milers will be bused to Biddle Memorial Park in Sheridan. The run will start at approximately 8:00 am, where we will run a bit north to be sure to hit 20 miles. 12-milers will be bused to the Lowes at 146th in Carmel. The run will start at approximately 9:00 am, starting east to the Hagen-Burke Trail, then south connecting to the Monon from there. NOTE: there is construction around 146th St so there may be a slight detour. Be sure to follow the detour signs! Join us for a 1mile(ish) community walk during the Halloween Festival's Wellness Fair! This is not a race, there is no finish line, just a chance for members of our community to come together and enjoy the fall weather and practice a little wellness. This is a free event! Feel free to donate to help support the Halloween Festival's fundraising efforts which the Irvington Community Council puts back into the neighborhood through events and donations. If you want to donate and have something to show for it, sign up for the Vampire bundle to receive a Vampire Run race shirt, finishers medal, commemorative bib, and the opportunity to purchase additional event merch. We will start at the Irvington Presbyterian Church and make our way around South Irving Circle, then end at public library. Join us for the second annual fundraising 5K for the Indiana University Student Outreach Clinic (IU-SOC) at Brookside Park on the East side of Indianapolis! This community event will raise funds to support the operations of the cost-free clinic that supports equitable access to healthcare for all our neighbors in Indianapolis. The Historic Irvington Halloween Festival's kids' race! Join us for a 1/8 mile run around Irving Circle Park, just south of the Halloween Festival Street Fair Kids Zone. All races will kick off from South Audubon Road just north of the park. We will be running 5 different heats this year: Ages 10-12 Ages 7-9 Ages 5-6 Ages 3-4 Ages 2 and under We will start lining up the first wave around 11:25, and kick off at 11:30. We are excited to partner with Ben Davis High School Track programs for another year of the Run Wayne Run 2k Youth Race. This years race will again take place at the Lynhurst 7th & 8th Grade Center. The race is for all youth ages 5-15 years old and serves as an opportunity to compete against both the clock and your peers with majority from Wayne Township. Our goal through this race, and the Run Wayne Run youth running programs (based at Wayne Township elementary schools) is to expose our youth to fitness, running, and healthy competition. All Wayne elementary athletes registering for the 2k will receive chip timing, an event t-shirt, and award eligibility. We hope to see lots of youth on November 7, 2026!

This is a virtual race open to supporters across the country who want to take action for children and families. Participants can run, walk, or move in their own community while supporting a national mission to protect children’s relationships with both parents. This race is part of a larger effort to run 50 half marathons in 50 states, completing one race each month. Each run is dedicated to raising awareness about parental alienation, family court practices that separate children from a loving parent, and the urgent need for children to have reasonable access to both parents. Parental alienation and unnecessary parent-child separation cause long-term emotional, psychological, and developmental harm. This run exists to bring visibility to that harm and to advocate for fair, child-focused family court outcomes. This event is Run 11 of 50. The founder of Mothers and Fathers Truly Matter, Bob, will be running this race in Indiana while supporters participate virtually from anywhere. All funds raised from this race go directly to advancing the mission of Mothers and Fathers Truly Matter. Donations do not cover travel costs, race registrations, or personal expenses associated with the 50 state run. Those costs are covered separately. Contributions from this event support our first year strategic goals, which include building a national advisory board of legal and mental health professionals, launching a public awareness campaign focused on children’s right to both parents, publishing research and data that highlight custody trends and the impact of parental alienation, developing educational resources for families navigating the court system, and expanding outreach to grow a strong, engaged national support base. Your support helps lay the foundation for long term reform, credible advocacy, and meaningful change for families across the country.

I hate ketchup. But I hate cancer more. After losing his wife, Amanda, to stage IV colorectal cancer in 2019, Alex Baker has made it his mission to fight back against cancer. Now, you can help him catch up to cancer with this virtual 3.11mi walk/run. Saturday, February 27th - Polar Bear Winter Classic Fowling Warehouse Indianapolis SJC Racing is proud to continue the tradition of one of the oldest races in Indianapolis: the 45th Annual Polar Bear Winter Classic. Dash by the Past is a family-friendly 5K or 1 mile walk starting at 9:00 a.m. with a scenic route that takes participants past previous Decorators’ Show House and Gardens homes on Meridian Street. This beautiful thoroughfare will be closed to all traffic for this event. The race begins and ends at the Meridian Restaurant & Bar at 5694 N. Meridian Street. Each registered participant receives a t-shirt (adult or youth-sized) with prizes awarded for 1st, 2nd & 3rd place male & female finishers. Children ages 0 - 4 do not need to be registered. The Gregory S. Fehribach Center at Eskenazi Health advances employment equity for college and university students with physical disabilities by providing them with internships, resources and support. We had another wonderful day on Campus in 2025 for our Bulldog Jog - the 6th year of our partnership race with Butler University and Indy Runners and Indy Walkers running club!  We're looking forward to even more fun in 2026. Join us for our annual Race for Roofs, a run/walk event to support our mission of offering affordable housing and support in Indianapolis. This annual race has both a 4K and an 8K option through the scenic Brookside Park on the near Eastside of Indianapolis. Registration opens at 7:30 a.m. and the race will begin at 8:30 a.m.  Since its inception, our fundraising efforts have facilitated stable housing for numerous individuals, fostering their stability and well-being. Funds raised from this event will be used to address the most urgent needs of these programs.

The Pike Distance Devils in conjunction with Pike Township Wellness presents the 2025 Red Devil Dash. This year's race features two distances for your racing pleasure - 1K & 5K. Indiana Sports Corp's Corporate Challenge is a great way for your employees to experience team building and camaraderie while participating in several different events. The 2027 Indiana Sports Corp Corporate Challenge is a competition for Indiana companies and their employees. Friends and family members of competing employees can take part in the 5K and 10K races. Those friends and family members who wish to have their race officially timed can register for an event bib and timing chip for $10. The 10K and 5K race will take place at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway on Friday, June 25th and Saturday, June 26th. Non-affiliated runners and walkers will not score points for any Corporate Challenge teams. Participants will have access to post race refreshment.
