The Gateway Gallop is a community event that raises funds to support west side trails. Proceeds benefit the B&O Trail Association and the White Lick Creek and Vandalia Trail Alliance, helping advance trail development and maintenance across our community. Each year, we are proud to be fueled by The Breakfast Company, who generously provides breakfast for race day. The pancakes are cooked and served hot by the amazing Wayne Township Fire Department, a race-day tradition our participants look forward to every year. Come run, walk, or stroll, enjoy great pancakes, and support local trails while making a lasting impact in our community.

Join us for the Seventh Annual CT5K! you can walk or run the race, starting in the CKS parking lot, on 8/9 at 7:30 am ORyou can walk or run it virtually and share your proof of running/time ORyou can stay in bed and think about all those crazy people who got up to walk or run 3.1 miles on a Saturday morning! It is time again for the Annual Pike XC Alumni & Family 5K XC race on the beautiful Pike XC Course. Our course is located right behind Eastbrook Elem. (7625 New Augusta Road, Indianapolis, IN, 46268). The race will take place on August 9th, 2025 @ 9:00AM.  Check in will begin @8:00am & close @8:30am at the finish line. This is a timed 5K cross-country race. We will have official results available. Thank you for your support.

For the 14th year, our Iron Eagle Paddle & Run fundraiser is set for Saturday, August 8,2026 at Eagle Creek Park! This adventure race is motivated by our desire to raise funds for the betterment of Eagle Creek Park (100% of proceeds benefit Eagle Creek Park!). The race is open to all ages. Solo and 2 or 3-person teams are all welcome! 3-person teams are not eligible for prizes Please join us for a trail run through one of the nation's largest city parks while catching a glimpse of the park's wonderful scenery. Competitors have the option to bring their own kayak, canoe, or stand-up paddle board, or rent a boat in advance through Eagle Creek Outfitters. All participants bringing their own water craft are required to bring a PFD (personal flotation device), otherwise known as a life jacket. Join us on Saturday, August 15 in downtown Indianapolis for the 2026 Race Away From Domestic Violence 5k, benefiting the Indiana Coalition Against Domestic Violence (ICADV). This impactful 5k aims to raise awareness of the devastating affects that domestic violence has on our families and communities.  ICADV works for the prevention and elimination of domestic violence – until the violence ends.  Over the past 22 years, ICADV has raised over $400,000 to support survivors with resources and programs that increase their safety and stability including legal, housing and economic supports.  Participants can run, walk or roll through a route beginning at the IUI Michael A. Carroll Stadium, which offers beautiful views of the White River and Indianapolis Zoo. The 5K course is accessible and allows individuals of all ages and abilities to participate. One of our longest-running Trail Run Series venues, Southwestway Park offers a challenging and scenic course overlooking the White River. This is the final race in the 5k/15k DINO Trail Run Series. The 15k distance is a 5k lap followed by a 10k lap. Come join us for this always popular trail run be it your first race with us or final of all six series races! ​Series champs are awarded following the normal awards ceremony.

Within it lies the tallest hill in the city: Mann Hill.  It's a very spectator-friendly course with an ideal variety of fast riding, technical riding, and climbing. The first mile is generally uphill and wide enough for passing at almost every point. ​This race brings out a large crowd to the very popular trail system. This volunteer-organized, family-friendly, fun 5K Run/Walk takes place on the beautiful, historic campus of IPS Arsenal Technical High School and aims to combine health, history and a sense of community. First-time 5k runners, young runners and children are encouraged to participate. It is a casual, mixed-terrain 5k course (asphalt, concrete, brick, grass, gravel). Race starts at 9:00 a.m., and on-site registration and bib pickup start at 8:00 a.m. Participate along with friends, family, your neighborhood, Tech alumni, clubs and teams, or join in as an individual. Everyone is welcome! Whether this is your first 5k or your 50th, we encourage runners, walkers, and teams to enjoy the course around the historic grounds and help raise money to support students.  High school seniors who would like to be eligible for an individual scholarship need to participate in some way - either completing the race or volunteering. Strength In Our Streets is a one-day Indiana Fitness Competition that will host an estimated 40, 12 person teams (480 athletes) from CrossFit affiliates and various gyms across Indiana. 100% of the proceeds benefit the work of Wheeler Mission, Indiana’s largest homeless service provider. Participating athletes work together to fundraise to help people experiencing life threatening issues such as homelessness and addiction. Since the event debuted in 2014, this event has raised more than 1.4 million dollars through peer-to-peer fundraising.

Saturday, February 27th - Polar Bear Winter Classic Fowling Warehouse Indianapolis SJC Racing is proud to continue the tradition of one of the oldest races in Indianapolis: the 45th Annual Polar Bear Winter Classic. We heard great feedback about the new location, and we'll be back at Fowling Warehouse for 2027!  This historic race is strategically placed on the calendar during the second half of February to be the first major road race of the year in Indy.  The race offers a unique format including a 5K, 5 Mile or The Bear (5K + 5 Mile)  The Bear is the challenge that allows you to run both distances, one after the other, for a total of 8.1 miles.
