The Grand Rapids Road Mile - Presented by Society Track Club is a new event to Grand Rapids this year. We hope to only grow as the years go by & we invite you to join us in person to create this new tradition.  The 2025 Grand Rapids Road Mile will start at the corner of Wealthy and Front in downtown Grand Rapids Michigan. (use 700 Wealthy St SW, Grand Rapids, MI 49504 in your GPS for our physical location) You can view the tentative routes (we are still working with the City of Grand Rapids to finalize the details) by clicking the distance. Our race with begin with the mini mile at 8:00am followed by the mile race for the public & ending with the elite mile for those who qualify. Meals On Wheels Western Michigan March for Meals

Meals on Wheels Western Michigan's 5th Annual March for Meals Community Walk & 5k is a family-friendly event for people of all ages and abilities to come together and support the health and independence of older adults in Western Michigan. The walk is a 2-mile loop and the 5K run is on that same loop, just extending a bit farther into the park. New this year: the price of the walk is the same as the run, and includes a shirt and race medal. Towpath Trail 10K and Half Marathon

The Towpath Trail 10K and Half Marathon!  Come join the fun and run the beautifully maintained towpath trail along the mighty Maumee River.  Both courses start at Providence Metropark near the dam across the river from Grand Rapids, OH. You'll head out on the historic canal towpath and then return to the finish at the Providence dam and shelter. The towpath is crushed gravel and dirt with lots of shade. You'll enjoy scenic views of the river and run past the historic canal locks and grain mill at the park. You can spend some time around by the dam at the Shelter after the race and then visit quaint Grand Rapids. Half marathoners should be able to finish within three hours. Walkers are encouraged to participate in the 10K.  Gift certificates will be given to male and female overall, masters (age 40-49), and grand masters (age 50 and above) winners in both races. Cross Country Team Challenge

Running IS a team sport, and the Brian Diemer Family of Races Cross Country Team Challenge allows you and four (or more) of your friends to experience it all together.  This event resembles a high school-style cross country meet, using standard scoring and a 5K course.  If you don't have a team or enough people to make an entire team, let us know, and we will help you put a team together. The LMCU Bridge Run has been providing the community with a premier starting line to accomplish goals since 2002 and we invite you to join us in person or virtually to keep the tradition "running" (pun intended)!
