LivSports 24 Hour Adult Hockey Marathon - SHU

What is the LivSports 24 Hour Adult Hockey Marathon benefiting LivFree? Here’s how it all works - the event is a continuous game with 60 to 90 skaters playing on two teams in 3 rotating groups based on ability with a running score from opening puck drop to the final horn. Each player raises $1500 dollars for the cause. LivFree is a pediatric cancer non-profit organization that provides children and their families with moments of joy to take a break from struggle and enjoy some family time together. Whether it's tickets to a game, a broadway show, a night out - LivFree is here to help the whole family.  When will this take place and how does it work? The event starts at 5pm on Saturday, March 28th, 2025 and the final horn will sound at 5pm Sunday March 29th. Teams will be broken up into 3 groups (A, B, and C) based on ability and each skater will get a minimum of 8 hours of ice time.
