Mule Kick 5K & 1-Mile Trot

Saturday, April 11, 2026 Riverwalk Park (102 Riverside Drive, Columbia, TN 38401) 5K: 8:00 a.m. | 1-Mile Trot: 9:15 a.m. The Mule Kick 5K is a 3.1-mile course that starts and finishes at Riverwalk Park in Columbia, while the 1-Mile Trot is a fun run—or walk!—for all ages. The 2026 race will take place on Saturday, April 11. The Maury Regional Health Care Foundation is proud to host this long-standing tradition in support of its mission to promote a healthier Maury County. Proceeds from the 2026 Mule Kick 5K & 1-Mile Trot will provide operational support for Maury Regional Health’s mobile unit, which delivers health care services to at-risk patients in rural and underserved areas. A portion of the proceeds will also be donated to the Foundation’s Wellness and Aquatics Center Healthy Living Endowment and the Columbia Parks & Recreation Department. My Day 5K and 1 Mile Trot

The Maury County Fair and the Knights of Columbus have been supporting Special needs youth and young adults for over 16 years with My Day at the Fair.  The 2025 My Day Event hosted over 1,200 special needs youth and young adults along with their caregivers.   Join us for the 2nd Annual My Day 5K and 1 Mile Trot, which expands the mission of My Day and honors William “Will” Spiess who never met a stranger and believed everyone deserved a friend.   Local Maury County non-profit organizations who will benefit from Funds raised at this event include: Kings Daughters School, Maury County Special Olympics, and Best Buddies of Tennessee.
