The Roundtown Classic is an annual fundraising event for the Circleville High School Alumni Association. Established in 2005, this organization promotes activities of the Circleville City Schools including scholarships. CHS Alumni is a not-for-profit 501 C3 organization. The race will be Saturday, July 18th, 2026 at 8am. The start and finish will be in front of Circleville High School and the course will be around the campus and on the neighboring Roundtown Trail. We are still offering a Virtual option in the 5K and 5 Mile that can be completed 7/18/26 - 7/25/26. The 39th Annual Circleville Classic 5K Run/Walk has an In-Person Race and a number of Virtual Events! In-Person Race start time: 9:00 AM In-Person Race day check-in begins: 7:30 AM (there is no race day registration) The traditional 5 Mile Run will be a 5K Run/Walk this year due to increase safety concerns with Pumpkin Show traffic. The course will be around the Circleville High School and on the Roundtown Trail. After the race plan on enjoying the afternoon with your family and friends downtown at the 119th Circleville Pumpkin Show, “The Greatest Free Show On Earth”. Pricing for the in-person 5K is $15.00 before October 14th, $20 until October 23rd. There is no race-day registration this year. T-shirts will still be available for sale on race day for those in the in-person race. $10 for short sleeve shirts, $15 for long sleeve (cash or check only) All virtual events are $10. Start your Thanksgiving Day with a fun 5k walk/run through the City of Circleville and be part of Pickaway County’s largest one-day fundraising event to help fight food insecurity in our county. Your participation raises funds to support our efforts to get nutritious food to those in need throughout all of Pickaway County. Proceeds from this year's run will go to the Emergency Clearinghouse Food Pantry and the Community Cupboards of Pickaway County.
