Runners, walkers, wheelchair participants, families, and community members of all experience levels are welcome to participate. Whether you complete the mile competitively or at your own pace, your participation helps show support for a healthier and stronger community. Registration is offered by donation. The course follows the scenic Bangor Waterfront Trail along the Penobscot River. Participants will begin near Maine Savings Amphitheater, travel to the designated turnaround point, and return to the Start/Finish area.
