The Michigan Army National Guard Officer Candidate School is honored to be hosting its 2nd Annual Norwegian Foot March event at Fort Custer. The length of the march is 18.6 miles, weight required for ruck will be 25 lbs and must be completed in 4.5 hours (varies by gender and age group). Please see further information below. No refunds are offered for this event. This is a pass / fail event. If you do not meet the time standard, you do not earn the badge or certificate. All participants receive a t-shirt. T-shirts and badges will be ordered based upon original registrants. If you had the race transferred to you by the original participant, there is a possibility you don't get a t-shirt your size or a badge (will depend on leftover stock).

This joyous event is a great way to unite as a community, celebrate the holiday with loved ones, and support the Sherman Lake YMCA Outdoor Center. Designed to bring people of all ages and fitness levels together, our scenic route will take participants along our camp trails and paved roads before guiding you to the finish for a celebratory piece of pumpkin pie! Two distances to choose from - the 2-mile Sweet Potato Shuffle or the 4-mile Turkey Trot. Choose the one that fits your Thanksgiving Day schedule! Gobble until you wobble on Thanksgiving then run it all off at the Veritas Turkey Trot 5k Saturday 11/28! Registration opens at 7:45. Children’s 100 yard dash goes off at 8:25, the Kids 1k goes off at 8:30 followed by the 5k at 9:00. Race held at the Sussex County Fairgrounds 37 Plains Rd Frankford, NJ 07822. The Augusta Sports Council is proud to be the local host organization for the Augusta Half Marathon, 10K & 5K! The 19th annual event serves as the non-profit's primary fundraising event for their annual G.A.M.E.S. Scholarship fund which is awarded to selected graduating high school student athletes each May. The ASC is a 501c(3) organization focuses on enriching the quality of life and economic well-being for the Augusta metropolitan area by supporting and attracting sporting activities.  Established in 1991 by a group of sports-minded volunteers with a goal of recruiting sporting events to the community, the ASC has created, recruited, or supported over 800 events in the Augusta community which include the '96 Olympic Box-offs, '99 and '02 Georgia Games Championships, Nike EYBL Peach Jam Basketball, USA Cycling Championships, and the IRONMAN 70.3 Augusta. Run or walk in Augusta’s most scenic race. Voted "Best 5K in Augusta" 3 Bridges 5K is a gorgeous run on the Augusta Canal National Heritage Area’s River Levee Trail. This scenic course is a paved out-and-back, crossing three bridges along the Savannah River and the Augusta canal, with start/finish at the Lake Olmstead Trailhead. 3 Bridges 10K follows the 5K course for the first 3 miles, then continues along the canal path out past the pump station before it returns to Lake Olmstead Trailhead.  3 Bridges makes a cash donation to the Augusta Canal National Heritage Area to help maintain and improve trails.  Virtual Options: Run anywhere anytime, or run the course at a time of your choosing. Join us for this magnificent 4th Annual Drink MO Wine Run in Augusta, Missouri! The run begins in the quaint and hilly town of Augusta. After touring around the quiet, hilly, historical streets, you head down to the Katy Trail for some flat, fun miles. The 5k and 10k turn around and head back while the half marathoners will enter Klondike Park and enjoy the beautiful, wooded paved trails. A fast, fun and challenging course utilizing Fort Custer's red, green & yellow trails awaits you!  Whether you're looking to keep up your conditioning as Iceman awaits or perhaps attempting your first Mountain Bike race, Custer's Last Stand is a great race for you. The 9 miles of trail is 90% single track, but affords enough passing room for courteous racing.  Participants will be sent off every 30 seconds so there's plenty of space between riders. All post race proceeds donated to the House of Promise (Lansing, MI) for human trafficking victim rehabilitation.

Hall-Dale High School's Student Senate 5k color run is a walk/run race for all ages, to help raise scholarship funds for our Class of 2026 Senior Students. This run will provide optional color stations as well as 100 t-shirts first come first serve. This race will not be timed, it will just be for fun!! This event is held in loving memory and honor of my mother, Sebrenia Russaw, who was tragically lost due to domestic violence murder-suicide. Through this walk/run, we continue her legacy by creating a space of hope, healing, strength, and awareness.We walk and run to honor survivors of domestic violence and their loved ones — the families, friends, and communities who have been impacted by their journeys.
