MADISON STATION HALF MARATHON 10K RUN, 5K RUN & 5K WALK Join us for the fifteh annual Madison Station Half Marathon! We will start under the arch located in Madison's historic downtown area and finish at the famous red caboose. Contributions from this event will be made to local charities to include Webster Animal Shelter and Madison Cultural Art Center. Please register early online to save on registration fees. The fees for registering at Packet Pickup will increase by $10.00. There will be no race day registrations. REGISTER SOON.... SHIRTS AND FINISHER MEDALS ARE LIMITED. The Half Marathon is Road Runners Club of America (RRCA) State Championship for Mississippi for 2026. Finishers will receive a finisher medal while supplies last as a congratulations for a job well done and as a thank you for being a part of our event! Stennis Space Center Marathon | Half Marathon | 5K DATE: Thanksgiving Weekend Saturday, November 28, 2026 TIME: 8 a.m. start for all races THE COURSE – The Stennis Space Center offers runners a beautiful, picturesque 26.2 mile run around the perimeter of the Space Center. Run on paved roads, through the lovely wooded areas where wildlife sightings are frequent. The course is flat, fast, and PR friendly, with usual temperatures in the upper 50’s at the start and lower 70’s by the finish. Course services include Stennis Running Club aid stations approximately every 2 miles. (Kentwood Springs Water, Gatorade, bananas, and port-o-lets). Mile markers & directional signs plainly visible. Medical staff supplied by AMR. Communications at each aid station. This event is sanctioned by both Road Runners Club of America and U.S.A.T.F. All 3 courses are certified. This is a virtual race open to supporters across the country who want to take action for children and families. Participants can run, walk, or move in their own community while supporting a national mission to protect children’s relationships with both parents. This race is part of a larger effort to run 50 half marathons in 50 states, completing one race each month. Each run is dedicated to raising awareness about parental alienation, family court practices that separate children from a loving parent, and the urgent need for children to have reasonable access to both parents. Parental alienation and unnecessary parent-child separation cause long-term emotional, psychological, and developmental harm. This run exists to bring visibility to that harm and to advocate for fair, child-focused family court outcomes. This event is Run 12 of 50. The founder of Mothers and Fathers Truly Matter, Bob, will be running this race in Mississippi while supporters participate virtually from anywhere. All funds raised from this race go directly to advancing the mission of Mothers and Fathers Truly Matter. Donations do not cover travel costs, race registrations, or personal expenses associated with the 50 state run. Those costs are covered separately. Contributions from this event support our first year strategic goals, which include building a national advisory board of legal and mental health professionals, launching a public awareness campaign focused on children’s right to both parents, publishing research and data that highlight custody trends and the impact of parental alienation, developing educational resources for families navigating the court system, and expanding outreach to grow a strong, engaged national support base. 1 Mile Race Day - April 03, 2026 Event Location- CASINO BRIDGE RUN - 151 BEACH BLVD. BILOXI, MS The Casino Bridge Run - Kids Half Marathon is not a Fun Run. Even though it will be fun, it is an innovative two month endurance building running/walking program designed for children kindergarten (K5) through 5th grade. Children will run the distance of a Half Marathon (13.1 miles) over the course of the 2 month program. To achieve this goal, kids must train for the last mile of their half marathon by running a total of 12.1 miles in 1/4 mile, 1/2 mile, 3/4 mile or 1 mile increments between February 01, 2027 through April 03, 2027 to qualify for the (1) mile race day participation. There are NO official winners, so your child can chart their progress from the beginning of their training in February until race day. Our motto is "if you had fun you won"!!! Students will run in PE class and/or with a parent and log their distances on the website to keep a tally to track their progress. Mileage is based on adult supervision and the honor system. Each kid logging the (12.1) pre miles and will receive a Casino Bridge Run Kids Half Marathon Finisher’s Medal when he/she completes the final mile on Saturday, April 03, 2026. Parents/Guardians who choose to participate with their child on race day, MUST register as an adult. Only adults with a child participating can register. Kids completing 12.1 miles pre-race day and the race day 1-mile will receive a shirt, race number, and a finishers’ medal. Parents receive a race number, which allows them access to the course. THE RACE: The 14th annual Hattiesburg Half Marathon • 10k • 5k is set for Saturday, April 11, 2026. The race provides fundraising opportunities for participating Pine Belt nonprofits, while also attracting runners to the Hub City from numerous states. Online registration opens Monday, October 13th, for all three race routes.     THE COURSE: The Hattiesburg Half Marathon • 10k • 5k course highlights iconic local landmarks and engages Hattiesburg businesses. The 2026 course will once again wind through downtown, head toward the Avenues, and loop around the Hattiesburg Zoo.
