Weston Kiwanis 15th Annual Reservoir Run - Half Marathon, 5K, Kids Fun Run & Family Stroll If you participated in Reservoir Run events in the past, you know how scenic and wonderful they are. If you are new, welcome - you will enjoy and want to participate annually and rave about your experience. As always, we will have food, swag, fun & more in a safe beautiful environment.  2026 RACE PROCEEDS CHARITIES Proceeds from the Half Marathon go to the Child & Family Guidance Center and Kiwanis Club of Weston Foundation - organizations that support children and local community. Additionally, proceeds from the 5K go to the Weston High School Boosters Club (CT) which supports activities which touch ~80% of students.

Why We Run The Hillacious Half was created to honor our military — to thank them and ensure their sacrifices are never taken for granted. The course is intentionally tough, representing the effort and endurance our service members face every day, often far from their families. This is a bare bones race with no prize money and no frills — just grit, sweat, and the satisfaction of finishing one of the toughest courses around. All proceeds after race expenses go into a fund to support local military personnel and families who need a helping hand. Funds are distributed directly through the Hillacious Half, never to large agencies. Both the first-place male and female finishers have their names engraved on perpetual trophies housed at the Morgan-Weir American Legion Post 27 in Litchfield. Stamford Run Club 5k/10k/Half Marathon 2026

Join us in running the 12th annual SoNo Half Marathon | 5K & Kids Fun Run Sunday, October 4th, 2026 at Veterans Park. Runners will enjoy a unique and exciting course through historic South Norwalk, along beautiful coastlines, down charming picturesque tree-lined streets, and past many of Norwalk’s notable landmarks and attractions. Race day kicks off at 8:30 AM with the start of the half marathon, which is immediately followed by the start of the 5K race.  The Kids Fun Run begins at 11:30 AM. All participants receive awesome race swag including a high quality performance shirt, multifunctional headwear, FREE race photos, and a brag worthy finisher’s medal.
