Volunteers Interested in volunteering? Events like this can’t be successful without great volunteers! Sign up at the link at the top of this page and we’ll be in touch. REFUND AND TRANSFER POLICY We completely understand that plans change and athletes will sometimes be unable to compete in an event they've signed up for. We also understand that registering for one of our events is a financial investment in that race. We accept your registration funds with the full intention of putting on the promised event with the listed amenities and we use your registration funds to pay for the necessary items and services needed to host the event. With that in mind, refunds will not be provided for this event unless the event is cancelled for reasons within our control. The following are examples (but not limited to) of reasons an event might be canceled that are NOT within our control: Dangerous weather; natural disasters; pandemics; acts of terrorism; local emergencies; government mandates; and any situation creating a threat to safety of participants, volunteers, staff or bystanders. Should a registrant have an injury or other medical issue keeping them from competing in an event they've registered for, we would be happy to transfer their registration to a similar Dig Deep-owned event up to and including the same event the following season. A doctor's slip may be required as proof of injury or ailment. Failure to provide proof if requested will result in non-transfer of the event. Transferring registrations to other runners/athletes is NOT allowed. A special thank you goes out to chief jack doyle and the richland police department for keeping runners safe each year FAQ’s Can I run/walk with a stroller? Baby joggers are allowed on both the 10k and 5k course, though we ask that participants remain to the rear of the pack at start and remain considerate of other participants. Regular strollers may be used for the 5k run/walk, but again we would ask that participants pushing strollers remain to the rear of the pack at start of the race. What does “USATF Sanctioning” mean? It means that organizers have followed a process with USA Track & Field that requires creation of a safety plan and purchase of outstanding insurance covering participants, volunteers, sponsors, partners and organizers of the event. It also means that your race results will be official for scoring purposes (assuming you track that sort of thing). What happens if the event is cancelled? Will I receive a refund? If the race is cancelled for reasons Organizers can control then we will work diligently to provide a refund or transfer of registration to another event. However, cancellation due to government regulations, extreme weather or local emergency is not controlled by organizers and is not reason for reimbursement. We WILL however, attempt to push start of the race back in 30-minute increments until the emergency dissipates and it is deemed safe to race. Please read Refund and Transfer Policy above.

Kansas City, MO
US Road Running Races US Road Running races are built for runners and walkers who like friendly, low-pressure race days with just enough competition to keep things exciting. Our events are local, welcoming, and easy to jump into, whether you are chasing a PR, collecting another themed medal, working toward series points, or just getting outside with good people. Most races are small enough to feel personal but organized enough to feel official. You can expect a clear course, helpful race staff, finisher medals, results, and a relaxed community feel. Bring your fast shoes, your steady walking pace, your favorite running buddy, or your best “I signed up for this on purpose” smile. We will be glad to see you at the start line. A quick race-day note: because many US Road Running events are small local races, we normally have one or two staff members at each race. EMS is not stationed on site, and water stations are limited to the finish area at the end of each lap and at the race finish. Please plan for the weather, bring anything you may want between laps, and check in with race staff if you need help. View Race Course, Results, and Race Information on the US Road Running race page.

Participants can choose between a traditional 5K run/walk or the 10K ruck march, carrying weight as a tribute to the loads our service members bear in defense of our nation. This isn’t just a race—it’s a patriotic experience. The course winds through breathtaking lake views, Texas landscapes, and a community atmosphere filled with pride, gratitude, and respect. 💥 We are excited to continue this tradition; Last year we were honored enough to have raised 2,750.00. and those Proceeds went to The City of Mathis. This year we are hoping to raise more. The proceeds this year will go to a Veterans Non- Profit Organization that helps and honors our future, retired and active-duty veterans. The Organization is located in the Nueces County area, so they help individuals and families in different surrounding areas with VA benefits, Employment and education. Whether you’re running, rucking, or walking alongside friends and family, your participation directly supports those who have served. Event Highlights: • Scenic 5K- 10K course at Lake Corpus Christi State Park • Option to run, walk, or ruck • Patriotic opening ceremony honoring veterans • Family-friendly environment and community spirit Lace up your shoes, shoulder your ruck, and show your support. Together, we run and march for freedom, for honor, and for the legacy of our Veterans Run with pride. March with purpose. Honor our heroes.

Gobbler 5K, 10K, 13.1M & 26.2M at Beaumont, TX (45)

Beaumont, TX

Veterans Day 5K, 10K & Ruck

Midland, TX
Honor the past. Prepare for what comes next. Join us Saturday, November 7, 2026, at Midland College campuses for the Veterans Day 5K, 10K, 5K Ruck and Kids 1K. This year's event carries special significance as America celebrates 250 years of independence. For 250 years, America's freedom has been preserved because generations of men and women voluntarily accepted the responsibility to serve, protect and defend it. Veterans Day gives us the opportunity not only to remember that sacrifice, but to ask what responsibility freedom places on the rest of us. The standard is not simply knowledge. It is readiness—the discipline to recognize what is required, respond when called, and execute with purpose. That is part of what this morning represents. We run. We walk. We ruck. We gather. We serve. We practice health, resilience, discipline and community because freedom and independence are not merely ideas to understand—they are responsibilities to exercise. As America enters its next 250 years, we are preparing ourselves and those around us to serve, protect and preserve freedom for another 250 years. Come run beside our veterans, families, neighbors and community. USA 250 Veterans Helping Veterans and Their Families
