Come join this youth event of triathlon hosted by National Fitness Center for kids ages 2-14! Register for a choice of 3 races: Long Sprint - 8:00 am start - 100 yard swim/3.0 mile bike/1 mile run Mid Sprint - 8:45 am start - 50 yard swm/1.5 mile bike/.5 mile run Tadpole Sprint - 9:20 am start - 25 yard swim/.75 mile bike/.5 mile run   Ages 2 to 14, can do any race based on distance and start time. For the tadpole sprint, the kids can watch the first race to get an example of how it's done. They are allowed to make use of water wings or a floatation device to help them "get their feet wet" in the sport of triathlon. The smaller kids may also use training wheels in the shorter distance. 1-in-5 kids are impacted by Dyslexia.  Go the extra mile to help our children read on Saturday September 26th at the 4th annual Music City Run for Dyslexia. Every step counts in the 5K run/walk and 10K course along the Cumberland River and through Shelby Bottoms, one of Nashville’s most beautiful greenways. In addition, a 1-Mile Dyslexia Dash will be offered for all ages and ability. The event is hosted by Learning Matters, a non-profit organization established in 2006, that exists to help K-12 students with Dyslexia and other learning disabilities reach their academic and human potential by providing equitable access to the highest quality assessment, tutoring, and advocacy. RUGBY ROUNDABOUT The Rugby Roundabout bicycle event is back for a fourth year on Saturday, Sept 26. Pedal Up in Historic Rugby for a Roundabout through the back roads of Morgan County. The route is designed for family friendly short rides or longer for those who prefer long distance challenges. The same 2025 routes return, including a flat 10 mile "family ride", a 25 mile out and back route, and rolling 40, 55, & 70 mile loops. BIG SOUTH FORK TRAIL RACE TIME & PLACE: The 17.5 mile and 10k races start at 8:30 am (Eastern Daylight Time). Starts and finishes at the Bandy Creek Campground in the Big South Fork National River and Recreation Area. COURSE DESCRIPTION: This 17.5 Mile out-and-back, loop course starts and ends at the John Litton General Slavens Trailhead. Swimmer Registration opens April 7, 2026 at Noon ET!   Swim the Suck (STS) is a 10-mile open-water race through the scenic Tennessee River Gorge in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Founded in 2010, the event attracts swimmers from across the U.S. and abroad for a unique adventure blending competition, community, and natural beauty. STS 2026 will occur Saturday, October 3rd with a 9:30am start at the Suck Creek Boat Launch. It is hosted by the Chattanooga Open Water Swimmers (C.O.W.S.) and dual-sanctioned by US Masters Swimming and USA Swimming. Participants can complete the 10 mile swim solo (limit of 125 USMS swimmers and 10 USA swimmers) or register as a relay team of 2 swimmers (new this year with a limit of 10 relays total). Lick Skillet Farm hosts its fifth annual end-of-season fall fundraiser and farm celebration: rides at every level followed by a great party at the farm! Four totally new scenic back-road routes: 12-, 25-, & 40-mile options, a re-mapped metric century, AND a brand new 75 mile option. The twelve-miler is flat and family-friendly, with extra SAG, perfect for kids or anyone who wants an easy day on great roads. Experienced riders will find both the Metric Century and the 3/4 century to be enjoyably challenging.  The 4 longer rides start at 10am, with the 12 miler starting at 10:05am.  Parking, registration, and ride start are at New Market Elementary, 1559 Old A.J. The Race for the Golden Helix 5K (GH5K) is an annual 5 km (3.1 mile) open-road race around the beautiful campus of Tennessee Technological University in Cookeville, TN. The GH5K is professionally timed.  All parking on the Tennessee Tech University campus is free and available to the public on the weekends. You will not be ticketed unless you park in a spot that is specifically reserved. The best parking for the race is behind the TN Tech STEM Center, along Stadium Drive, near the Laboratory Science Commons (LSC) and Stonecipher Auditorium. The race is organized by the Student Affiliates of the American Society of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology (ASBMB) with the assistance of the Student Members of the American Chemical Society (SMACS) and the Chem-Med Club. The "March" was the brainchild of Jerry Edmundson, former director of the Dyersburg/Dyer County Union Mission.  Edmundson created the race in 1991 to promote the Mission's youth programs, and the race has been held on Dyersburg's Square the third Saturday of October every year since. In 2016, when the Mission relinquished sponsorship of the event, Sarah Alley and a committee of supporters renewed the race as the Autumn March for ALS Awareness. Proceeds go towards Tennessee ALS Chapter, local Senior Scholarships, and supporting Matthew 25:40, Inc. Sarah Alley has been living with ALS for 13 years. She attributes this to her Faith in God and love of family, friends, community, and church family. The race will have new courses for all races beginning the Downtown Farmers Market. Come run the No Business 100 October 23-24, 2026. This beautiful autumn race treats runners to miles of technical single-track trails and scenic landmarks. The 2026 No Business 100 is also a qualifying race for the 2027 Western States Endurance Race.   The No Business Hundred is a trail endurance race that begins and ends at the Group Camp in Pickett CCC Memorial State Park. The course is a single 100+ mile loop that traverses through the heart of the Big South Fork National River & Recreation Area starting in Tennessee then crossing the state line into Kentucky and back on some of the oldest trails in the southeast. 7:30 am, 7:00 am (early start). 8:00 am Monster Mile. We are back to where it all began in Kingsport on a flat course on the beautiful Kingsport Greenbelt. The course has drawn rave reviews the past several years!  Also, Relay (2-4 people) and Monster Mile. **THIS CAMP IS FOR C26 ATHLETES ONLY** Included in your entry fee is 4 dinners, 5 nights of lodging, fuel and nutrition and a camp shirt.  This camp is designed for athletes looking to both boost their run fitness over the winter and spend quality time with other athletes in an amazing atmosphere.  This 5 day run camp will include 6-8 total runs of varying length, duration and intensity. The duration and mileage of each run will be based on the athletes specific abilities and goals and placed in a specific run group. The #1 rule is NO ONE RUNS ALONE. If you have attended any of our triathlon or swim camps you know that we start together and end together.  Runs will be on both trail and  gravel road so please bring the appropriate footwear. Like all of our other camps this camp is for EVERY ability.  Our training sessions will be based on TIME. So no matter how slow or fast you are, we will all be finishing at the same time. 2nd Annual Memorial timed 5k and 1mi to honor the memory of Tristin Franklin.  All proceeds go to providing scholarships to Student Athletes and to build a track in Cheatham County.

The race is part of the King & Queen Series and the Tennessee Running Tour.  The race is owned and managed by the State of Franklin Track Club.  It is part of SFTC's 2026 King & Queen Competition series.  David Crockett Birthplace State Park will be open for the race but with limited access.  Because of the limited access to the park, I will not be having an age group awards ceremony, but each runner will receive a medal at the finish line.  But the overall male & female will receive a trophy at the finish line.  Also, I will have a donation jar for donation for the "Friends of the Park" to help restore the park.                                                        THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS

Join us for the Inaugural Moving for Mothers' Milk Bank of Tennessee 5k and Kids' 1-Mile Fun Run!  Lace up for a scenic 5k course through Sharp Springs Park or cheer on the kids as they take on their own 1-mile adventure.  The 5k course is certified and will be timed. Every participant will receive a commemorative T-shirt and medal to celebrate crossing the finish line.  Whether you are racing for a personal best or just enjoying the run/walk, this event is a perfect way to kick off a new community tradition in support of the Mothers' Milk Bank of Tennessee!
