RYR Endurance Team is excited to once again host the RYR Endurance Race Weekend in Owensboro, KY.  The weekend will offer a marathon on both Saturday and Sunday.  Both marathons will be on the same USATF-certified course and are Boston Qualifiers.  The Saturday race is designed for those who want to complete the marathon but aren't concerned with BQ qualifying times.  This race will be open to more athletes and other races will run concurrently.  The Sunday marathon is designed for those athletes desiring a personal best or trying to BQ.  NO other races will be run during the competitive Sunday marathon.  Registration for this race will be limited.  For all races, there will be tables set up for athletes to stage their individual nutrition needs.  RYR Endurance Team will also host a 5K, half marathon, and 50K on Saturday and a 10K on Sunday. Beat the winter blues and stay motivated by participating in our brand new Winter Warrior Series! Each race will highlight a different local park and keep you motivated for spring racing.  This time we are hitting the trails of Waverly park for a 6.6 mile loop or go all out for a half marathon.   Will there be a virtual option? Yes! As with our Cryptid series in the summer, the Winter Warrior Series does offer a virtual option by request and we bump everyone over who did not finish in person to this option after the race. Rainbow Dash isn’t your average community run—it’s a day built around inclusion, joy, and support for LGBTQIA+ youth. This event features a certified 5K course through scenic Seneca Park, designed for runners, walkers, and rollers of all abilities. The loop is accessible for strollers and wheelchairs, with plenty of rest stops and clear course markers. But Rainbow Dash goes beyond the finish line. Throughout the morning, you’ll find playful “Wacky Race” challenges—think costume relays, obstacle segments, and interactive pit stops where teams can earn prizes for creativity, teamwork, and spirit. Whether you’re competitive or just out for a good time, there’s something for everyone.
