Registration for the 5k Registration fee is $35. $10 discount for participants under 17 and under.Registration Fee includes t-shirt and bid for timed race.  T-shirts available while supplies last. The Dogs Inc's MacDill's Paws for Heroes 5k promises to be a fun event. It features chip timing on an accurate, but not certified 5k course in a scenic Tampa (Gadsden) park. Runners (and virtual runners) will receive both a shirt and finisher's medal. The cost to provide a guide dog for a veteran with a visual impairment or a service dog for a veteran with post-traumatic stress disorder is tens of thousands of dollars, yet veterans receive these extraordinary dogs at no cost. Get ready, Gainesville, FL, for 4.3 mile OCR with 23+ obstacles and the monster 140-foot finishers rig set in Gainesville Fl, only 40 minutes from Jacksonville. Your abilities will be tested as you encounter the massive mud holes and 140-foot-plus finisher rig. SOME COW PATTIES in the fields, light swamps, muddy streams, rolling pine forests, and NEW and exciting obstacles for 2025. This course will challenge even the experienced runners and set new standards of family fun. 50-yard timed Ninja run.
