Atomic Kids Summer Splash Triathlons

Come join this youth event of triathlon hosted by Personal Best Kids Inc for kids ages 2-14! Register for a choice of 3 races: Long Sprint - 8:00 am start - 100 yard swim/3.0 mile bike/1 mile run Mid Sprint - 8:45 am start - 50 yard swm/1.5 mile bike/.5 mile run Tadpole Sprint - 9:30 am start - 25 yard swim/.75 mile bike/.5 mile run   Ages 2 to 15, can do any race based on distance and start time. For the tadpole sprint the kids can watch the first race to get an example of how its done. They are allowed to make use of water wings or a floatation device to help them "get their feet wet" in the sport of triathlon. Bussell Island Swim

Tucked in the hills of beautiful East Tennessee, Bussell Island is located in the gentle waters of the Little Tennessee River. All proceeds are donated to the ALS Association.    The Clinton Classic was started in 2020 in memory of Ruby Calahan who lost her battle to ALS in 2018. Her family chooses to honor her life by hosting the Clinton Classic each year. All proceeds from the race are donated to the ALS Association in hopes of funding research and finding a cure. Join us for the Old Hickory Lake Sprint Triathlon on June 28, 2025. Presented by the Hendersonville Endurance Athletic Team (HEAT). The race will benefit the Salvus Center of Sumner County. Our race will feature a 400 meter rolling start swim in Old Hickory Lake, a 20k out-and-back bike course on a closed highway, and an out and back 5K. The Bear Track is a 6-mile trail race that benefits the Friends of Rocky Fork State Park organization. This is a State of Franklin Track Club event that is part of the Trail Series. The course is a 3 mile out and back on a logging road. The first and last half mile of the course runs parallel to the lovely Rocky Fork Creek. The race begins at 9 AM, with a 3-hour time limit in place. Parking will be at the main Rocky Fork parking area. Results will be used as part of the trail series. Rocky Fork State Park is one of Tennessee's most beautiful state parks. Summer Splash 5k

Run or Walk this family friendly 5K race raising funds to help cancer patients in the Upper Cumberland. The Summer Splash 5k offers racers opportunities to cool off along the course at optional “drenching stations” and “misting stations.” All participants will be timed and have the option to order a Summer Splash T-Shirt.   Proceeds from the Summer Splash 5K will go toward the Cancer Care Fund at Cookeville Regional Charitable Foundation and participants are encouraged to run in honor or memory of a loved one impacted by cancer.
