Keep on Living: Move for Hope – April – Butterfly Run - 1K • 5K • 10K • Half Marathon Virtual Run

Miami, FL
Move for Hope - Virtual  – April Theme: Butterfly Run 1K • 5K • 10K • Half Marathon A virtual or live event you can complete anytime, anywhere! Before there are wings, there is patience. The  caterpillar moves slowly, trusting the need to  continue. Change comes quietly—a pause that looks like an ending, but is only becoming. When the  butterfly emerges, it carries every step that came  before.Like the caterpillar and the butterfly, growth is not a single moment. It is a  journey of becoming. Each phase matters. Each step leads forward. This race  reminds participants that even slow beginnings  hold the promise of transformation— and that with patience and trust, you, too, can take flight. Celebrate life, raise awareness, and support a meaningful cause — on your own terms. Move for Hope is perfect whether you run, walk, bike, hike, or use a treadmill, solo or with friends and family.  🌟 Why Move For Hope? Reconnect: Strengthen mind, body, and spirit through intentional movement

250 Miles Of Freedom

Jacksonville, FL
250 Miles. 90 Days. One Mission.Freedom wasn’t a gift—it was earned. This spring, we’re honoring that sacrifice the only way we know how: under load, mile by mile. From April 1st through June 30th, H3 Ruckers is laying down the gauntlet. This isn’t a race to be the fastest, and it’s not about who crosses the finish line first. This is a test of consistency, grit, and discipline. It’s about showing respect for the freedoms we enjoy by choosing to do something difficult. The Mission BriefTimeline: 90 Days (April 1 – June 30)Objective: Complete 250 Rucked MilesThe Goal: Every mile is a reminder. Every step is a choice. Every ruck is a statement. Why We Ruck?We believe that hard things make strong people. We believe that showing up matters. And we believe that if freedom is worth having, it’s worth carrying. Are you ready to shoulder the load? "This isn't about the pace; it's about the persistence." Be sure to tag us in all challenge photos on Instagram @H3Ruckers

Every Child Should Be Protected

Orlando, FL
We believe every child should be protected and feel safe to speak up for themselves, a friend or a family member if they are in an unsafe or harmful environment. We believe that raising awareness will give more and  more families the opportunity to speak about this topic within their homes. These conversations will educate and empower and ultimately lead to the protection of more children. We will run for Madeline Soto, and we will run for all the children who currently are or have been in abusive situations. All proceeds will go directly to RISE community solutions who run the Osceola Children's Advocacy Center.
