You can expect to ride primarily on grass, with lots of skills and drills. Please check in by 5:45 to find your group. Skill clinics are only available for WMBA members and do require an additional $15 sign up fee. Looking for something to do with the whole family on Father's Day Weekend? Look no further than the Happy Hour Half K on Friday, June 19, starting at 6:00 p.m., at Civic Green Park in Highlands Ranch. Have you always wanted to run a half-marathon, or maybe just a 5K, but it seems like too much work? You're in luck! Join us for the 1640-foot Happy Hour Half K benefiting the HRCA Therapeutic Recreation Program. There will be: 🚶 A family-friendly 1640-foot "race" around Civic Green Park in Highlands Ranch Town Center featuring...🍩 One aid station offering water and sustenance (phew!) to help you make it to the finish line💃🏽 Live music🍺 Local beer, seltzer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages free for participants (2 each) This is a non-timed race because everyone is a winner! Haven't started training? No worries... neither has anyone else!

Havoc at HartFit is a 3k Obstacle Course Race (OCR) competition presented by HartFit ELEVATE OCR and The Midwest OCR. Waves (comprised of 3 athletes) will be sent out at intervals of 30 minutes. Each wave will have a strict 40 minute cap to complete the course. The race will be capped at only 50 participants. The top overall Male and Female times will be crowned the winners.  Featured obstacles and stations will include Assault Bike, Low Rig, A Frame Rig, 8ft Wall, Rope Climb, Bucket Carry, Wreck Bag Run, Tire Flips and maybe a few surprises. Athletes will complete a total of 3 laps to achieve the 3k distance. The first 2 laps will consist of 1100 Meters, all obstacles and a 300 Meter Carry. The 3rd lap will consist of an 800 Meter Run, including all obstacles, but excluding the heavy Carry. In addition, we'll be hosting a 1 Mile kids course at the conclusion of the adult event. Obstacle completion is not mandatory - Fun, on the other hand, definitely is!

Ready to get off the sofa and gallop around Thornton with some friends?  Yeah, you are!  Come frolic with us at the Unicorn Runner 5k in Thornton to kick off your summer!  You'll earn a sweet tee shirt and a flashy unicorn finisher medal! Walk, run or ruck, a 5k, 10k or Half Marathon to celebrate the Red, White and Brew in Windsor, CO! Starting and ending at The Grainhouse at Hoedown Hill in Water Valley, this race has fun for the whole family! Music, food, drinks, bouncy houses, face painting and more! The Freedom Tour Classic is an annual community-wide event. Participants ride bikes and walk to support kids rescued from human trafficking.

Join us on Sunday, June 21st, for the Sunset Trail Running Festival in Gold Hill, CO! Hosted by The Boulder Watershed Collective and in collaboration with T.E.A.M Boulder, all money raised from the event will be donated to the town of Gold Hill, and will fund wildfire preparation and response initiatives such as forest restoration, home hardening, emergency planning, land stewardship, and community resiliency. The climb totals nearly 4,000 vertical feet - much of it above treeline - as you make your way 14.5 miles to the finish line located at the summit of one of the most recognizable peaks on Denver's mountain skyline - 14,264 foot Mt. Welcome to the 44th annual July 4th Fun Run, Palmer Lake Elementary's largest fundraiser, and fastest race. This year's Independence Day is sure to go out with a bang!  We're continuing our newest tradition of both in-person and virtual race registration for our friends and neighbors who choose to celebrate from afar. The course runs from the south end of Palmer Lake to Monument via the Santa Fe Trail. Run, jog, walk, skip, or parade along the trail while enjoying beautiful views of the front range, encouraging signs and an all around good time. Did we mention the route is a slight downhill, too?!? Each registration fee goes toward supporting education in Palmer Lake.

Enjoy a scenic fun run in and around Red Feather Lakes, Colorado including a route through Fox Acres Golf Course! Start at and finish at The Tavern at Red Feather Lakes for an expo in the parking lot, food, beers and food in the Tavern and great company! The big Red Feather Lakes 4th of July celebration includes the craft fair in the village, an afternoon parade and a big fireworks display that evening. The Tavern at Red Feather Lakes offers live music from 7-9m with a place to view the fireworks right afterwards. This is an untimed race.

If you can run a 5K under 24 min for men, under 26 min for women, sign up and run with the Elites.  Each participant 21 and over can receive a BOGO beer from Grimm Brothers Brewhouse. Finish line food will be breakfast burritos from El Cielo. Make sure you have your ID if you want an alcoholic beverage. If you registered after the guaranteed shirt deadline, we will have any leftover shirts and past race shirts available AFTER the race. Volunteers will instruct you on how to get your shirt at packet pickup.

The Burro Buster 5k is a fun, family friendly, 5k in one of America's highest incorporated towns. Join us in Fairplay on the 4th of July on our run through town! The course lies inside of the town limits and starts and finishes in front of the historic Hand Hotel & Emporium. Your terrain will include asphalt, dirt, rocks, stairs, and some hills. You will also enjoy great views, a river, historic buildings, lack of oxygen (9,953' above sea level!) and fun! There will be NO water station on course. Water will be available at the beginning and end of the race. This event benefits the Town of Fairplay Scholarship Fund.

Join us for the 17th edition of the Avery Brewing Company 4K on the 4th, which is one of Boulder’s best running traditions to do on the 4th of July! July 4th is celebrated in a number of different ways, with parades, barbecues, sparklers and fireworks, BUT there has been no better way since 2008 to get your July 4th morning off to a great start, than doing Boulder’s traditional Avery Brewing Company 4K on the 4th.
