The run/walk is held annually in conjunction with St. James Rail Road Days. This is a fun family event for all ages which is held rain or shine.   RUN FOR THOSE THAT CAN'T Not everyone has the ability to participate in the Rail Run.  Sign Up to run for someone you know or we would be happy to provide you with a name of someone to run for.  Please see the display to add a name of your loved one.   Teams of 5 or more will receive a $5 discount per racer.  Just click the group/team tab on top

Annandale's Firecracker 5K and 1 Mile Sparkler Run/Walk is a family-friendly yet competitive event with both courses beginning and ending in the heart of Annandale's 4th of July Celebration near Annandale Municipal Park.  The Firecracker 5K & 1 Mile Sparkler Run is a fundraiser supporting the St John's Lutheran Church Children, Youth, and Family Fund, as well as other groups around the city of Annandale that support the event.

Kinship of the Perham Area is hosting the 21st annual Average Jo Triathlon on Saturday, June 27th at Paul Miller Park just north of Perham, MN.  The Average Jo consists of a 1/3-mile swim in Little Pine Lake, then transition to your bike for a 12.5-mile bike ride, and end with a 3.1 mile run to Arvig Park. There is a Team Event option on the registration page and with this option - the first team member to register pays the team fee.  The other two members will also need to sign up and sign the waiver form and record their T-shirt size. Race Location: CentraCare-Rice Memorial Hospital Ambulance Garage Corner of Becker Ave and 2nd Street Willmar, MN It is a fun event for the whole family that takes place each year during Willmar Fests. The race is a four-mile, USATF-certified course that starts in downtown Willmar, winds along beautiful Foot Lake and the scenic trails of Robbins Island, then passes over the First Street bridge before returning to Rice Memorial Hospital. Runners will be timed using electronic chips included inside each race bib. Water stops are provided at two locations along the route, and splits are available at the one, two, and three-mile marks. Bleachers are set up near the finish line at 2nd Street and Becker Avenue for spectators, family and friends. The 10K Tofte Trek starts at Birch Grove Community Center in Tofte and winds its way up the hill towards the Superior Hiking Trail, then comes back down through lots of mud on the snowmobile trail. Runners are proud to wear their muddy badge of courage as they finish. Must be at least 11 years old to run the Tofte Trek. Overall and age-group awards. Davis Lake Triathlon will be held on the 4th of July.  This triathlon is Kayak, Bike, Run.  There are two race categories.  The Minnow Race=Kayak 1/4 mile, Bike 2 miles, and Run 1 Mile The Shark Race=Kayak 1/2 mile, Bike 8 miles, and Run 2.5 Miles Both events can be completed by either a single individual or a 2-3 person team. The Going Bananas Run is the first-of-its-kind fun run where your speed can raise money for charity. Each racer receives their very own banana suit to run in as you make your way through an exciting Twin Cities course. You’d better split though, because after 2 minutes we release “The Gorilla.” “The Gorilla” is our inside man; boy, does he love chasing bananas. Those who beat the gorilla to the finish receive a special prize, and money will be donated to Gold Together for Childhood Cancer. Do you have what it takes to beat “The Gorilla”?

Join us for the 45th Annual St. Urho 5k walk/run and 10k run! This event is put on by the UNC Cross Country Booster Club and all proceeds benefit the UNC cross-country athletes. The 5k starts in downtown Menahga in front of The Cotty and finishes at the St. Urho statue. The 10k starts by the ball fields, runs around Stocking Lake (including a trail component) and finishes at the St. Urho statue. There is also a 5k stroller division for those who have an extra "running buddy." What is the LivSports 24 Hour Adult Hockey Marathon benefiting LivFree? Here’s how it all works - the event is a continuous game with 60 to 90 skaters playing on two teams in 3 rotating groups based on ability, with a running score from opening puck drop to the final horn. Each player raises $1000 dollars for the cause. LivFree is a pediatric cancer non-profit organization that provides children and their families with moments of joy to take a break from struggle and enjoy some family time together. Whether it's tickets to a game, a Broadway show, or a night out, LivFree is here to help the whole family.  When will this take place and how does it work? The event starts at 12 pm on Saturday, July 18th, 2026, and the final horn will sound at 12 pm on Sunday, July 19th. Lake Rebecca Triathlon is located just 30 miles west of downtown Minneapolis at Lake Rebecca Park Reserve in Rockford, MN. Lake Rebecca is part of the Three Rivers Park District, and provides a beautiful backdrop for a great day of racing and spectating. There are many reasons why Lake Rebecca has continued to be such a popular destination for a triathlon: a clear, clean non-motorboat lake, low traffic county roads with wide shoulders, a beautiful run in the shade of mature trees, parking close to transition and lots of room to roam for spectators and families. The Hopkins Raspberry Run was founded in 1964 by the Twin Cities Track Club founder Patrick Lanin. Today, the 5-mile follows the same traditional route around Shady Oak Lake before finishing on Main Street prior to the Hopkins Raspberry Festival parade. The Main Street Mile was introduced in 2010 and features a flat, fast course straight down Main Street with a shared finish for the 5-mile.

Welcome to Minnesota! Race in one of Minnesota's amazing 10,000 lakes! Square Lake is close to Minneapolis/ St. Paul and historic downtown Stillwater, MN. The USMS National Championship race is a 2-mile open water swim.

About This EventThe 5k course is on flat, paved roads in Kerkhoven, Minnesota. The 10k course is mostly paved roads with about 1.5 miles of mowed grass on the golf course. There is also a short distance of gravel road. Water stops every couple of miles. This year, we are providing the choice of getting a T-shirt. Participants can choose to receive a T-shirt for an extra $5.00 charge. Registration costs are further reduced if you sign up during one of the promotional days. During registration, in the "Giveaway" section of registration, you will either choose your T-shirt size, or you can select "I don't want a T-shirt" option.. Only the 10K Race is part of the Glacial Lakes Championship Running Series. The goals of the meet are to celebrate our great Sabre CC tradition and family, connect with old teammates and coaches, and have fun competing on the old home course! The Alumni CC meet will serve as a fundraiser for the the Sabre CC team, including new uniforms. The meet will also benefit the Rustie Froemming Memorial CC Scholarship. This fun and unique course takes you along a paved trail before leading you across the iconic floating bridge. Welcome to the 9th annual Jared Anez Eagle Lake Race Series!  The morning's events include: Half Marathon, 5K Run/Walk, Kids Fun Run, and Bean Bag Tournament!  Ice Cream Truck will also be on site again this year!       NEW FOR 2026: Additional race t-shirt purchases will be available to order online through July 18th.
