Gulliver's Run

Lewisberry, PA
"Gulliver's Run" is a 5k Trail Run/3.5k Walk for dogs and their human companions, although you may participate without a canine pal. The proceeds of "Gulliver's Run" are donated to an established organization or veterinary practice that is directly involved in research or treatment of canine cancer. The establishment of an informal partnership with such an entity enables "Gulliver's Run" to have closer contact with the process that is our stated goal--fighting canine cancer. "Gulliver's Run" is a 501(c)3 non-profit, public charity whose mission is to carry on the battle against canine cancer. "Gulliver's Run" is named after Gulliver Rue, a Hungarian Vizsla who was a lifetime trail runner until his race was cut short by canine lymphoma. Starting in 2025, the walk is changed to a 3.5k distance and is named Maisy's March. The walk course is slightly different than the run course and is named in honor of Maisy, our Vizsla who was taken by canine cancer in December 2024. "Gulliver's Run" is held annually on the trails at beautiful Gifford Pinchot State Park on the first Sunday in November. It is a family friendly event with great prizes and awards, and many extra features.

Beer & Bagel Run - Pennsylvania

Phoenixville, PA
The BEER & BAGEL OFF-ROAD RACE SERIES is coming back to Yeager’s Farm & Market in Phoenixville, PA. with a new twist. For 2026, we are introducing two new events making this a 2-day race weekend. In addition to our traditional 4-mile(ish) run on Sunday (11/8/26), we are creating a 10-mile(ish) off-road run for preceding Saturday (11/7/26). You can do either day as a separate event OR do them both and receive the coveted Squatchy Challenge Finisher's Medal. This is a favorite event for runners throughout the area, who come each year for a challenging trail run, great swag, and good clean fun. Of course, there is always plenty of free bagels and beer. And everybody loves the shirt – a long-sleeve tech shirt with the statement “I’m a Drinker with a Running Problem” on the back. The BEER & BAGEL OFF-ROAD RACE SERIES started more than twenty-five years ago in the Heartland of America, where every fall, thousands of runners, beer drinkers, and bagel enthusiasts gather in Lincoln, Nebraska to enjoy a 4ish-mile off-road run, free beer, bagels and home cookin' just like mom used to make. Today, the series has spread to multiple states, but every effort is made to keep it local and home-grown. Here, the event is supported by the Yeager family, Barrister's Bagel Bakery and Slyfox Brewing.

OUTLAST PHILADELPHIA

Coatesville, PA
What Is OUTLAST? OUTLAST is a 6-hour trail endurance challenge where runners complete a 5K every hour, on the hour. Each lap must be finished within the hour to stay in the event. If you finish early, you rest until the next round. Miss a lap, and you’re out. Complete all six rounds, and you OUTLAST. This isn't just about speed — it's about pacing, discipline, and mental grit. Whether you're trying to survive all six or win your division, the challenge is the same: show up each hour, push your limits, and stay in it. Each course is trail-based, with natural terrain, elevation, and unpredictable conditions. You’ll have time between rounds to recover, refuel, and refocus — but not much. What You Earn: 4 laps = “Grit Earned” patch 5 laps = “Survivor” patch 6 laps = Premium “OUTLAST” medal All participants receive a premium OUTLAST Tee. Top male and female with the fastest combined 5K times at each event win the 1st Place OUTLAST award. Finishers are ranked on the national leaderboard—and the fastest runner across all OUTLAST 6-hour events (including the Championship) will be crowned National Champion and take home a cash prize of $1,000. The top 5 Male and Female 6-hour champions from each city will earn a spot in the Outlast Championship in DFW December 4 2027, where they’ll compete against the best of the best at the end of the Tour, and the 1st-3rd place male and female winners of the Championship take home a cash prize, listed below. (This is separate from the national leaderboard prize money.) 1st place = $1,200 2nd place = $800 3rd place = $500 Frequently Asked Questions: Do I have to run all 6 laps? Nope. Run as many as you can. If you complete 4 or 5, you'll still earn a patch. Only those who finish all 6 get the OUTLAST medal and leaderboard ranking. What happens if I don’t finish a lap in time? You're out. The next lap starts at the top of the next hour, and only those who completed the last lap on time can continue. How is the race timed? Each 5K is timed individually. If you complete all 6, your combined time counts toward the local win and national leaderboard. Are these trail races or road? Every OUTLAST race is on trail terrain — dirt, rocks, roots, and elevation. Sometimes some pavement and gravel. Can I walk? Yes, as long as you finish the 5K within the hour. But some courses are rugged, and time can sneak up on you. Are there aid stations? Yes. There will be water, basic hydration, and snacks at the basecamp/loop start. This is a cupless event — bring your own bottle or hydration system. What should I bring? Trail shoes, hydration system, layers (weather dependent), fuel between laps, and grit. Can I setup a tent? Absolutely, bring your own aid station/tent setup. Is OUTLAST for beginners? Yes — if you're mentally tough. You don’t need to be fast, just consistent and ready to suffer a little. How do I win? If you finish all 6 laps and have the fastest combined time, you win your division (male/female). Winners are also added to the national leaderboard for a shot at the $1,000 national prize & title.

Join us for the KF5K! One hundred percent of the proceeds from this community event will benefit The Scholarship Fund in Memory of Kevin Flach. Kevin was a fun-loving, energetic, 6 year-old boy who loved the Phillies and playing with his siblings and friends at St. Luke School. It is the hope of all of Kevin’s loved ones to keep his name and spirit alive through the Kevin Flach Scholarship Fund. The intent of the scholarship fund is to not only keep Kevin’s spirit alive, but to continue to provide someone less fortunate a scholarship to St. Luke School. Both of Kevin’s parents insisted on such a fund. They have six other children who all graduated from St. Luke School, and they believe it is a great way to honor his extraordinary life.

US Road Running Races US Road Running races are built for runners and walkers who like friendly, low-pressure race days with just enough competition to keep things exciting. Our events are local, welcoming, and easy to jump into, whether you are chasing a PR, collecting another themed medal, working toward series points, or just getting outside with good people. Most races are small enough to feel personal but organized enough to feel official. You can expect a clear course, helpful race staff, finisher medals, results, and a relaxed community feel. Bring your fast shoes, your steady walking pace, your favorite running buddy, or your best “I signed up for this on purpose” smile. We will be glad to see you at the start line. A quick race-day note: because many US Road Running events are small local races, we normally have one or two staff members at each race. EMS is not stationed on site, and water stations are limited to the finish area at the end of each lap and at the race finish.
