Thanksgiving Day Family 5k Fun Run / Walk Check-in and bib pick-up will start Wednesday, November 25th at the Cayucos Pier from 2-4pm.  Each registered participant will have an assigned bib number and Thanksgiving-themed running socks, while supplies last. On race day, check-in will begin at 7:15am.  We are set to start at 8:30am so be sure to give yourself enough time.  Dogs, strollers, and kiddos on scooters are all welcome.   All proceeds will equally benefit Cayucos Elementary School and the California Association of Highway Patrolman Widows & Orphans' Trust Fund. Welcome to the Turkey Chase, Napa's only Thanksgiving Day 5K/10K!  The Napa Valley Turkey Chase is a fun family event! Race, jog or walk this fast, paved course around the Napa Valley College and the Napa River Trail and work up your Thanksgiving appetite! The start & finish line are located in lot J behind the Napa Valley College track. Lot J will also be the staging area for packet pick-up, day of race registration, booths and toilets. There is NO PARKING in lot J . The 10K course runs a counterclockwise loop through the college and then meets the Napa River Trail. Runners will go north to a turn around under the Imola bridge near mile 2. Then they will run south to Kennedy Park where the course makes a small counterclockwise loop near the skate park and then retraces the route back up the river trail. Solano Turkey Trot is a public benefit charity race in Solano County, California, comprised of 501(c)(3) partner organizations serving high risk children, families and seniors. We believe in a collective impact model with the goal of raising public awareness and education by holding fundraising and community events such as the Solano Turkey Trot. This annual event began on Thanksgiving Day 2009, with the vision of bringing a family-friendly 10K Run/5KRun/Walk to the local area. This event helps raise much needed funds to support the Solano Hearts United partner organizations in serving local families in need. The two partner nonprofits include Meals on Wheels of Solano County and Suisun City Salvation Army KROC Center. Spreading Help Around You is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that was founded in 2014 in honor of Shaylyn Anela Pinoliar, who tragically passed away on November 14, 2012. Our mission is to help and support families who have lost a loved one, educate them on the importance of being prepared during such a time of loss, and provide active service to the community.  As well as promoting Pedestrian Safety Awareness. This year, we proudly launched the SHAY Scholarship Program, marking an exciting new chapter in our commitment to supporting education and empowering future leaders.  Each year, since Shaylyn’s passing, family, friends, and community members gather to honor her memory with an Annual 5k Run/Walk on Thanksgiving morning. The rarely seen Quarry Turkey will make his appearance two days after the big feast, fueled-up and ready to take on all the little turkeys! Spreading Help Around You is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that was founded in 2014 in honor of Shaylyn Anela Pinoliar, who tragically passed away on November 14, 2012. Our mission is to help and support families who have lost a loved one, educate them on the importance of being prepared during such a time of loss, and provide active service to the community.  As well as promoting Pedestrian Safety Awareness. This year, we proudly launched the SHAY Scholarship Program, marking an exciting new chapter in our commitment to supporting education and empowering future leaders.  Each year, since Shaylyn’s passing, family, friends, and community members gather to honor her memory with an Annual 5k Run/Walk on Thanksgiving morning. Last year, we moved the event to Saturday after Thanksgiving. It was a great success, and we look forward to continuing the tradition this year to honor her memory. Runnin’ for Rhett hosts the MaraFUNrun in Land Park this year! 3,000 youth athletes from the Sacramento area take part in a 5K race celebrating the completion of six weeks of participation in our after-school Youth Fitness Program. You can support our local youth by joining us! General Info - December 5th, 2026 Join us for the annual Midway Shelter winter run. Event takes place at the Harbor Bay Ferry Terminal in Alameda on Bay Farm Island and supports a great cause.  The run will take you along the beautiful shoreline of Bay Farm Island and is a flat out and back with views of San Francisco and the Alameda Main Island. the first half is on the Harbor Bay Road with closed lanes for runners and the return is on the trails The Kids run for 12 and under will be a 1/2 mile course. Kids run will start at 9:45am and will follow a circular loop out and back on the shoreline trail. It's the MERRIEST race in Northern California! 🎅 The Stockton Santa Dash is an annual 5K and 10K run/walk event that takes place in San Joaquin Delta College in Stockton, CA. Runners and walkers all get dressed up as St. Nick for a holly-jolly closed course run that brings hundred of people to the scenic waterfront of the 209 for hot chocolate, candy canes, music, a toy drove, a good time and of course a good time!All participants will have the option to win prizes as well as make a difference in their community by bringing a toy or canned food to add to our Christmas tree. 🎄

Save the Date: the 16th Annual Reindeer Run will be here December 5th! Come one, come all! There is something for everyone at the Reindeer Run. We welcome runners and walkers of every level to American Canyon on December 5th, beginning with pre-race festivities at 8am, and a staggered race start (10K at 9am, 5K at 9:05am for runners and 9:10am for walkers).     This is a fun event for the whole family: kids 6-17 are $30 and youth 5 and under are just $5 and include a finisher's medal and souvenir antlers! Early bird registration begins June 1st, so be ready to register to join in the fun!   *This event is contingent upon the requirements of Napa County Health Guidelines. The Lopers Club and the City of Loma Linda present the 37th annual Lopers Club Holiday Classic Half Marathon, 10K, and 5K! The Holiday Classic is the Inland Empire’s longest running annual holiday running event and a local tradition for runners and walkers of all ages and abilities! Location The race Start/Finish will take place in front of the Loma Linda Fire Station located at 11325 Loma Linda Drive in Loma Linda. Park in any nearby lot except for the Veteran's Hospital. Event information This year’s event will take place on Sunday, December 6, 2026. The Half Marathon, 10K and 5K will run simultaneously. Start time is 7:00 am.
