COME OUT FOR THE  RUNNING OF THE WORLD FAMOUS & CULT CLASSIC CONESTOGA TRAIL RUN - 10 TOUGH MILES PLEASE READ RACE DESCRIPTION IN ITS ENTIRETY This is the ORIGINAL and OLDEST Trail Run on the Conestoga and in the County for over 30 Years!!! This amazing 10 mile trail race uses some of the most brutal, rocky, and challenging trails to be found in Eastern Pennsylvania. The course is very hilly and has numerous small stream crossings. Although this event should be considered somewhat dangerous and only for experienced trail runners, it is probably one of the most scenic races that you will encounter. Beautiful hilltop views of the Susquehanna River, clear feeder streams, huge rock formations, and an abundance of Mountain Laurel and Rhododendrons will greet the first 200 accepted entries. Fineview Citizens Council is hosting its 30th Annual Urban Step & Trail Challenge on Saturday, October 4, 2025. Participants will ascend Fineview’s hills, streets, and staircases. Among the steps are Pittsburgh’s STEEPEST stair set (371 steps) on Rising Main Avenue, which is the equivalent of a 17-story building! The course covers 12 public staircases for a total of over 1,600 steps and provides breathtaking views along the way. All proceeds from the event will benefit our programming related to community beautification, preserving affordability, and events.

The 5th Annual Shoes 'N Brews 26.2KM Metric Marathon & Relay will take place on Sunday October 5th, 2025. A collaboration between The RUNegades (Shoes) and The Conshohocken Brewing Company (Brews), this FLAT, FAST, POINT-TO-POINT race on the SRT will take you from Conshohocken to a rockin' afterparty on Bridge Street in Phoenixville. At 26.2 KM this "metric marathon" is 16.28 miles--basically a half marathon plus a 5K. It's perfect for marathon training OR for anyone who wants more than a half marathon but is not quite ready for a full.Not up for taking on all 16.2 miles by yourself? Team up with a running buddy and split the course in two with the TEAM RELAY OPTION! The 9/11 Heroes Run 5K welcomes runners, ruckers, and walkers of all ages and fitness levels to honor the heroes of 9/11 and those who've served our nations since. We activate & unite communities and empower local veterans, active duty, first responders, and families of the fallen. TMF is proud to partner with GORUCK again with rucking divisions at every run. Rucking is a sport based on special forces training in which participants walk or run while carrying weighted rucksacks. Explore the scenic Glenroy Preserve trails at the fourth annual Kettle Cooker Five & Dime on October 4th, 2027 presented by Herr's Snacks and Altra Running, along with many local sponsors! It takes a village! Glenroy Preserve is a beautiful outdoor playground that also happens to be rich in history. Some of the trails will take you through parts of the Underground Railroad, while even running past a tavern that was said to have served patrons during the Civil War. Each distance is a loop. The 10 mile and 25K distances will follow the same course but then split around mile 9. The Timothy School is a non-profit organization dedicated to educating children with autism, ages 5-21. For almost 60 years, the approved private school has worked to meet student needs through utilizing a research-based instructional model and focusing on each student’s individual strengths and needs to increase their skills and build their independence.   This is a family friendly event for individuals of all ages and abilities. Come join us for one of our favorite fundraising events of the year!   The Timothy School is hosting our 8th annual 5K Family Fun Run & Walk on Sunday, October 4th, 2026 at Wilson Farm Park. The Timothy School is a non-profit organization dedicated to educating children with autism, ages 5-21. For almost 60 years, the approved private school has worked to meet student needs through utilizing a research-based instructional model and focusing on each student’s individual strengths and needs to increase their skills and build their independence.   This is a family friendly event for individuals of all ages and abilities. Participants can join by running a 5K, participating in the one mile fun run/walk, or joining us for the 'after party' post-race festivities!  There will be a variety of fun stations after the race such as: raffles, refreshments, lawn games, moon bounce, sensory table, and a live music performance by our amazing music therapist, Jake!    Race Participants: In

This unique 10-mile race connects four municipalities and countless neighborhoods, raising funds for local non-profits and community programs across Delaware County. Race is located at Harmar Pavilion.  About the eventA classic cross country Race/Walk set on the trails of beautiful North Park near Pittsburgh. The Bryon Martini Jr. 5k Memorial Run/Walk is our way to remember Bryon and celebrate his life while giving back to the community. All proceeds will go towards  scholarships given to high school seniors at Frazier High School to help them start a bright future. The race is Sunday, October 5th starting at the park in Perryopolis, PA.

The 9/11 Heroes Run 5K welcomes runners, ruckers, and walkers of all ages and fitness levels to honor the heroes of 9/11 and those who've served our nations since. We activate & unite communities and empower local veterans, active duty, first responders, and families of the fallen. TMF is proud to partner with GORUCK again with rucking divisions at every run. Rucking is a sport based on special forces training in which participants walk or run while carrying weighted rucksacks. Explore the scenic Glenroy Preserve trails at the fourth annual Kettle Cooker Five & Dime on October 4th, 2027 presented by Herr's Snacks and Altra Running, along with many local sponsors! It takes a village! Glenroy Preserve is a beautiful outdoor playground that also happens to be rich in history. Some of the trails will take you through parts of the Underground Railroad, while even running past a tavern that was said to have served patrons during the Civil War. Each distance is a loop. The 10 mile and 25K distances will follow the same course but then split around mile 9.
