Erie Duathlon in support of the Erie Cancer Wellness Center. The Erie Cancer Wellness Center seeks to support and comfort individuals and families who are facing the impact of cancer. The programs offered by ECWC are free of charge to anyone who is living with a cancer diagnosis, who is caring for someone with cancer, has a loved one with cancer or has experienced a cancer related loss.  ECWC welcomes all and strives to nurture and empower people living with cancer through their evidence-based healing classes, programs and services. Steelman Racing Endless Summer Swim will be held on September 20th, 2026, at the Tohickon Boat Launch at Nockamixon State Park. This is the third and final race of the Steelman Racing Open Water Swim Series, and is the perfect way to end your summer swimming season in a fun and challenging race environment. Swimmers will be taking the plunge and enjoying the calm, clear waters at Nockamixon State Park as they skim through the water in the1, 2 ,or 3 mile course options.  Awards are presented to the top overall male/female, top overall male/female/ co-ed relays, and three deep-in-age divisions from 13 – 80 years old.  After the race, all athletes will be treated to an awesome post-race party with tons of food and music.  This race has it all so don’t miss out on the Steelman Racing Endless Summer Swim.

Staged out of Marsh Creek State Park, this race is located just west of Philadelphia, PA and minutes from the Turnpike. The time trial swim takes place in 500 acre Marsh Creek Lake and features a single loop, rectangular shaped swim course. The bike course is a beautiful, well paved, single loop 20k course that takes athletes through a mix of technical sections and long straightaways alongside trout streams and forests. The 5k run course is entirely within the park and has beautiful lake views and a good uphill at mile 1. The Adam Zook Memorial Run is a timed 5k or 9.88 mile run, and an untimed 2-mile walk that takes place on Saturday, September 26, 2026. Proceeds collected from this event will fund scholarships for three seniors from the 2026-2027 class and support suicide prevention initiatives within the Tyrone Area School and the surrounding community. The race will begin at Reservoir Park in Tyrone, PA.  Pre-registration is $15 for participants 18 and under and $25 for participants 19+.  Day-of registration will be $30.

Nestled among rolling hills and dense forest, the Marilla Reservoir in Bradford, PA provides the perfect backdrop for trail racing.  With both 7 mile and 14 mile courses, the Marilla Trail Race offers the opportunity for beginners, hard-core trail runners, and everyone in-between to take advantage of Bradford's world-class wilderness.  Clearly marked trails take runners over a variety of terrain- gravel paths, dirt trails, and winding single track, with aid stations spread throughout.  Except for a single road crossing, the 14 mile course is 100% off-road, and the same goes for the 7 mile route.  While the courses are mostly non-technical, be prepared for intense elevation changes on the rolling hills and some winding single track. Nestled among rolling hills and dense forest, the Marilla Reservoir in Bradford, PA provides the perfect backdrop for trail racing.  With both 7 mile and 14 mile courses, the Marilla Trail Race offers the opportunity for beginners, hard-core trail runners, and everyone in-between to take advantage of Bradford's world-class wilderness.  Clearly marked trails take runners over a variety of terrain- gravel paths, dirt trails, and winding single track, with aid stations spread throughout.  Except for a single road crossing, the 14 mile course is 100% off-road, and the same goes for the 7 mile route.  While the courses are mostly non-technical, be prepared for intense elevation changes on the rolling hills and some winding single track. COME OUT FOR THE  RUNNING OF THE WORLD FAMOUS & CULT CLASSIC CONESTOGA TRAIL RUN - 10 TOUGH MILES PLEASE READ RACE DESCRIPTION IN ITS ENTIRETY This is the ORIGINAL and OLDEST Trail Run on the Conestoga and in the County for over 30 Years!!! This amazing 10 mile trail race uses some of the most brutal, rocky, and challenging trails to be found in Eastern Pennsylvania. The course is very hilly and has numerous small stream crossings. Although this event should be considered somewhat dangerous and only for experienced trail runners, it is probably one of the most scenic races that you will encounter. Beautiful hilltop views of the Susquehanna River, clear feeder streams, huge rock formations, and an abundance of Mountain Laurel and Rhododendrons will greet the first 200 accepted entries. Rucking is a sport based on special forces training in which participants walk or run while carrying weighted rucksacks. The Breakthrough Challenge was founded in 2013. Our goal is to raise funds supporting breakthroughs in cancer research at Penn Medicine's Abramson Cancer Center by uniting for a scenic and inspiring bike ride through Eastern PA's beautiful Oley Valley.

We are excited to share that this year we have added a 4 mile race option through the beautiful trails of RB Winter State Park. This distance is perfect for beginners who want to try trail running, as well as experienced runners who would like to enjoy a relaxed day on the trails with friends. The Dam Half Trail Challenge has grown from a small race for hardcore trail runners into a popular, family-friendly event with a few hundred participants taking on the trails each year. Trail running has exploded in popularity, especially in central PA, where our diverse and high-quality races have even drawn national attention.  Profits from the races will be shared with the Mifflinburg Hose Company and the Middleburg Boy Scouts. NOTE: To receive the neck gaiter and gloves you must register by Sunday, September 6. We need three weeks lead time for the supplier. As always, great food, friends, and music after sharing the trails.
