This event is being held to benefit LIV's Promise; a nonprofit organization created to fight childhood cancer. Our daughter, Olivia, was diagnosed with Neuroblastoma at 9 months old. She's a fighter and we are fighting alongside her. Proceeds from this event will go directly towards families and children who are battling an early cancer diagnosis. The event will be a 5k or 5-mile foot race. Athletes have the opportunity to run with OR without a Rucksack.

Steelman Racing Open Water Classic will be held on August 23rd, 2026, at Nockamixon State Park, in Quakertown, Pennsylvania. This is the second race in the 2026 Steelman Racing Open Water Swim Series and this race is one of the best open water swimming events in Pennsylvania! The Open Water Classic will allow swimmers to choose either a 1, 2, or 3 mile courses in the beautiful, clear waters of Lake Nockamixon.  Swimmers can expect warm, 70-degree water temperatures, and a safe, well-supported racing environment.   Awards are presented to the top overall male/female, top overall male/female/co-ed relays, and three deep-in-age divisions from 13 – 80 years old.  After the race, all athletes will be treated to an awesome post-race party with tons of food and music.  We hope to see you out there at the Steelman Racing Open Water Classic!

Trooper Rd., Norristown, PA.  This GPS address will get you to the parking lot.  From the lot, walk the short paved path toward the river and make a left until you see our launch/starting point.  We are approximately 300 yards downstream from the 422 bridge.  Absolutely no parking in front of our launch area. Swimmers should be confident of their ability to swim 800/1600 meters in open water before entering. We follow USAT's guidelines for use of wetsuits. The rugged trail race you know and love is back for its 14th year in 2026! Participants can choose from a 5K, 10K or 50K option. All courses are technical trails through a beautiful old-growth forest with spectacular scenery.   The 5K will feature a course that is almost entirely on trail. The 10K course includes a flat, fast section to feature the beautiful Wetlands trail as you run past fields and streams. Don't worry, you'll still get your 3 steep climbs, technical descents and stunning sights.   For those who really want a challenge, register for the 50K. This gnarly and beautiful course will be 5 loops on the 10K course, totaling 7,000+ feet of elevation gain. The 9/11 Heroes Run 5K welcomes runners, ruckers, and walkers of all ages and fitness levels to honor the heroes of 9/11 and those who've served our nations since. We activate & unite communities and empower local veterans, active duty, first responders, and families of the fallen. TMF is proud to partner with GORUCK again with rucking divisions at every run. Rucking is a sport based on special forces training in which participants walk or run while carrying weighted rucksacks. Spacious Skies  is a Cross Country race hosted by the Gladitz Family  at the  St Boniface cross country course . the race is for kids from 1st thru 8th grades . Awards will be presented to the top 10 finishers in each category (Grades 1-2 / 3-4 / 5-6 / 7-8 Boys and Girls). All 1st thru 4th graders will run a 1 mile course and all 5th thru 8th graders will run a 2 mile course . Awards will be presented to the top 10 runners in each race . Timing will be provided  by BigWhiteTrailer  .We ask that all runners arrive 30 min before there race start time .  We will be doing team awards again this year . The race will be held at the Riverfront Park in Sayre Borough, Pennsylvania with a mix of trail and road experience. Restrooms are available, and there will be at least one water stop along the race from local Scouts. Pre-race packet pick up will be held on Friday, August 28th from 5:30 to 7:00 pm (Location TBD). Day-of packet pick up will take place from 7:00 am to 7:45 am. The 5k run/walk begins at 8:30 am. Early registration through RunSignup is encouraged for a reduced fee of $25. The Fox Chapel 5K and Family Mile returns Sunday, August 30, 2026, and this year we're back on the original course through Fox Chapel Borough. The Fox Chapel 5K and Family Mile returns Sunday, August 30, 2026, and this year we're back on the original course through Fox Chapel Borough. A scenic 5k run/walk on the roads of Moosic Lakes. This race is organized by the Women's Club of Moosic Lakes to help support them with events for the children in the community.  A donation will be made to the Katie Hennemuth Reap’s Memorial Fund at Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.  Shirts are guaranteed with Registration by August 5th. Overall strength, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, speed and agility will be increased through drills and appropriate activities. The 9/11 Heroes Run 5K welcomes runners, ruckers, and walkers of all ages and fitness levels to honor the heroes of 9/11 and those who've served our nations since. We activate & unite communities and empower local veterans, active duty, first responders, and families of the fallen. TMF is proud to partner with GORUCK again with rucking divisions at every run. Rucking is a sport based on special forces training in which participants walk or run while carrying weighted rucksacks. Teresa was an avid walker who found joy, strength, and peace in every step she took.
