The 8th annual Road to Trail 5K run and Walk will take place once again in Scenic White Oak Park. The race starts and ends on road while the middle 2 miles are through wooded trails and grass fields. Each year our race has grown with large trophies given to overall winners and medals to top three in each age group. Come experience one of western Pa’s top 5K races.  Top female and male runners get medals and 1-3 get top finisher shirts. Top 3 age group medals. From 0-12 through 60+ T-shirt are only guaranteed until 8-1-25 registrations. After August 1st shirts are as available.

Come join the South Side cross country and track teams for our 3rd annual 5K on our South Side campus in Hookstown, PA.  This sunset fun run will help us all close out the summer and get ready for school to begin.  This run will be part cross country trail, part track, and also through our school grounds.  There are no public roads or traffic, making it a great run for kids and families.  Race will be followed by fun family activities. All proceeds benefit the middle and high school track and cross-country teams. Everyone has been touched by mental illness in some way--either through our own struggle or through witnessing the struggle of a friend or family member.  Please help put an end to the stigma of mental illness by joining us for the 6th Torrance Trot (benefitting the Torrance State Hospital-Patient Fund).  Awards will be given to the top overall male/female finisher and top finisher in each age group. This event is held in loving memory of Jill Renee Littler, who passed away on September 22, 2025, after a courageous battle with oral cavity squamous cell carcinoma. Jill’s strength was forged long before her cancer diagnosis. At just 15 years old, she was diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease, a fight she carried with her for 36 years. Through countless surgeries, hospital stays, treatments, and daily challenges, Jill faced her illness with quiet resilience, grit, and grace—never allowing it to define her or diminish the love she gave to others. In early 2025, Jill was diagnosed with oral cavity squamous cell carcinoma. She approached this battle with the same determination and grace that defined her life. Our church building is 100 years old this year in 2026 and we are fundraising for various repairs and updates.  Please come and join our a-mazingly corny event! In memory of Paul "Hook" O'Malley who believed in the Spiritual, Emotional, and Physical Health of the youth in his community.  The "1 Mile Firecracker Race" at 707 North South Road, August 16, 2026 is in memory of Paul "Hook" O'Malley, a local boxing trainer who succumbed to cancer on September 25, 1992. "Hook" was a tough man with a generous nature and common bond with people from all walks of life. He was at ease in a press conference or guiding a troubled adolescent. He had a moral philosophy of what was right. He would say "Straighten up and fly right!" We who believe in his philosophy and the hereafter know that he is soaring high above us with a watchful eye on all that he loves. This race will be a testament of the great love and devotion his family and friends have for his memory and worthy cause. Hook's loss is endured knowing he lives on in our hearts and souls. All proceeds will benefit the Lackawanna county unit of the Am

This event is being held to benefit LIV's Promise; a nonprofit organization created to fight childhood cancer. Our daughter, Olivia, was diagnosed with Neuroblastoma at 9 months old. She's a fighter and we are fighting alongside her. Proceeds from this event will go directly towards families and children who are battling an early cancer diagnosis. The event will be a 5k or 5-mile foot race. Athletes have the opportunity to run with OR without a Rucksack.

Come walk or run our 6th Annual 5K Trail Run as you support Heart of Tioga Pregnancy and Parenting Support! Note: This trail is NOT stroller friendly! Online Registration is  open until August 14th and is $25/person or $60 for a household family. You can also register on the day of the event 7:30AM to 9:00AM for $30/person or $75/household family.  Heart of Tioga opened it’s doors in 2020 to assist women and families in Tioga County. We are a non-profit organization founded for the purpose of providing free and confidential support - emotional, spiritual, and physical - to individuals involved in pregnancy. Run Wild for Wildwood 5K & 10K! Saturday, August 22, 2026 Here is how it works... Step 1. Register to run/walk the 5K or run the 10K. Invite your friends to join! Step 2. Pick up your t-shirt and "swag bag" at the Olewine Nature Center from August 20-21 or on Race Day (August 22). Step 3.  The 10K will start at 8:30 AM and the 5K starts at 8:45 AM on Saturday, August 22.Step 4. Post a picture of your run to Facebook & Instagram using #runwildforwildwood! Awards will be handed out to the top 3 male and top female fastest times overall in each race.
