A meaningful and memorable 4-mile run on July 4th where all proceeds directly benefit Believe With Me's families of fallen soldiers! Be a part of a beautiful, impactful celebration of our independence and freedoms and to honor the the families that have paid for all of it with the sacrifice of their loved ones.  Your generosity towards this cause will help Believe With Me purchase Christmas gifts for more than 2,500 children of fallen soldiers! Your participation and generosity will light up young lives this holiday season—especially with our special "Christmas in July" toy drive! The 40th annual FREEDOM SPRINGS TRIATHLON  will be held at the beautiful Blue Springs Recreation Park, 5461 Blue Springs Road in Marianna, Florida on July 4th, 2026.   This is a sprint triathlon: 400 meter swim, 10 mile bike, and 5K run. This race is great for first-time triathletes, beginners and 'all-kinds-of-bikes" riders.  SWIM (0.25 mile/ 400 meters) takes place in spring water (68F, wetsuits are allowed). BIKE (10 miles) is a fast, fun, out and back ride. RUN (5K = 3.1mile) starts on a road and leads onto a fun, clay road.   The race sells out and registration may close earlier than expected. The 6th Annual Bill Bone 5K is an Evening Race on July 4th starting at 7:00pm. The Race raises money for the Wounded Veterans Relief Fund and is known as a “Run to the Fun” because it finishes in Downtown West Palm Beach as part of the 4th on Flagler Celebration festivities.   After the race, runners and friends are in the best spot to stay and participate in the 4th on Flagler Celebration by taking advantage of our "All You Can Eat" refreshments, which include hot dogs, watermelon, chips, cookies, and lemonade until 8:30pm.There is also free entertainment culminating with an epic display of fireworks and music over the Intracoastal Waterway starting at 9:09pm. Every registered runner receives an awesome race shirt, a custom-made finisher medal, hot dogs and watermelon, and a chance to win your choice of some really cool raffle prizes. Bridge of Lions 5K  The 42nd Annual Bridge of Lions 5K is back! Join us downtown for this can’t-miss St. Augustine tradition. Runners and walkers will start at the historic Castillo de San Marcos in downtown St. Augustine, cross the iconic Bridge of Lions, and wind through beautiful Davis Shores. The 8th Annual Game On! Palm Beaches Triathlon will take place at beautiful Ocean Walk on Singer Island. Singer Island, an oceanfront neighborhood part of the City of Riviera Beach, offers a relaxing blend of natural beauty, seven miles of pristine beaches, and upscale hotels and resorts. This event will feature a Sprint Triathlon and a Sprint Duathlon with relay divisions. The quarter mile Atlantic Ocean swim (or 1 mile run) will be followed by a bike that will take you north, out and back on A1A, and then over the Blue Heron Bridge with views of Peanut Island and the Port of Palm Beach. The run also heads over the Blue Heron Bridge and through the historic Town of Palm Beach Shores, also known as the best little town in Florida. You will enjoy the lovely architecture in this quaint seaside neighborhood before heading back to the finish line at Ocean Walk.

Join our party and run in the setting summer sun on Thursday evening, July 16, at 7:00 p.m.! First 300 to register will receive a commemorative finisher medal and dri-fit shirt*! Join us for the 2nd Annual Lake Nona Triathlon! This year there are two Lake Nona Tri Events, the first one taking place on July 25-26, 2026, and the second event taking place on August 22-23, 2026. This Sprint Triathlon is a thrilling point-to-point race, starting at the Lake Nona Adventure Park, where the action begins with a lake swim. The bike route will take participants through the heart of Lake Nona, offering breathtaking views and a blend of urban and natural scenery, as they descend on their next transition area at Boxi Park. The atmosphere at Boxi Park will be electric, with friends, family, and fans eagerly awaiting the athletes' arrival.
