The morning will be filled with activities for the entire family. The welcome and a tribute to cancer patients and survivors will begin around 8:30 followed by the pre-race warm up and the KIDS DASH. Dirt Days Trail Series - East Fork SP Trail Run Sunday, July 26, 2026 8:30 am  East Fork State Park, Bethel, OH The East Fork SP Trail Run is where the Dirt Days Trail Series all began. As the name states, the race will take place on the well-established Backpack Trail, at East Fork Lake State Park. The 5.6 mile course is densely wooded, and might give runners the feeling that they are on the Appalachian Trail. The course reverses direction each year. Note: Previously, this race was called the Backpack Trail Run but there was some confusion as to whether you had to wear a backpack for the race.  All registration will be done online including on race day.  We have added a "Trekker" category for those who would like to do the 10+ mile course but need extra time to finish. Millersburg Food Run 10K, 5K & 1 mile Ready, set, go! The Millersburg Food Run is scheduled for Sunday, July 26th at 8:00 am! The Millersburg Food Run 10K, 5K & 1-mile is the Millersburg Seventh-day Adventist Church’s contribution to help meet the needs of some Holmes County families.  The profit from the race will be donated to the Love Center Food Pantry. The Love Center Food Pantry has been servicing the needs of Holmes County since 1986.  Nearly 1000 families utilize the food pantry and it has processed over 660,000 lbs of food a year.  This Christian ministry is supported by businesses and congregations throughout Holmes County. Registration is open! Join us on August 1, 2026, for our annual 5K community run/walk through the town of Rushsylvania, Ohio. The course is mostly on neighborhood roads and does a loop through the cemetery. The race starts on Stewart Street near the Rushsylvania United Methodist Church and the finish is in the Rushsylvania Village Park near the start. There will be a water stop (aid station) on Sandusky Street, near mile 2, on the out and back section of the course. This race will be chip timed with live results. Kids Run There will be a Kids Fun Run for youth who are not running in the 5K in the park near the finish line. The Kids Run will start at approximately 9:15AM, after the finish of the 5K race.

The Sylvania SuperKids Triathlon and Duathlon is one of the oldest kid's tri/du in the country happening each year since 1988, taking place at beautiful Olander Park in Sylvania, Ohio. SuperKids is a great event for those kids who regularly compete and also for those who want to give it a try for the first time. The swim and run take place inside the park, while the bike heads south across Sylvania Avenue to the University Parks bike path, into the local neighborhood and back to Olander Park. Dayton Physicians Foundation for Hope is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that helps provide non-medical, financial assistance to patients undergoing cancer treatment in the communities we serve to allow them to focus on fighting cancer and recovery.   Cancer patients can receive assistance from the Foundation for their non-medical bills, such as overdue rent/mortgage payments, utility bills, transportation to and from treatment appointments and meals for them and their families. The Gauntlet Mud Run is an exciting race featuring natural terrain and military-inspired obstacles that challenge participants to work together and persevere. HISTORY: This race is named after the town of Tadmor, Ohio that was once the central hub of transportation in Montgomery County, Ohio. Tadmor was unfortunately destroyed by the Great Flood of 1913. The course will take you almost to the location of the historical site of Tadmor, Ohio, nestled inside Taylorsville Metropark. RACE START TIME: 8:00 AM PARKING: Please park at Kyle Park. REGISTRATION OPENS MARCH 1ST! What is a Triathlon? A triathlon is a continuous activity that starts with swimming, followed by a bike ride and a run. The swimming portion will be conducted in a 25-meter lap swimming pool. The bike and run will be outside. Our goal is to provide this fun physical activity for kids up to 15 years of age. Each participant will receive a T-shirt and a finisher’s gift. Awards will be given to the top three participants in each age group and the top three relay teams. Complete Race Information

The Little Miami Half Marathon and 10K is a flat and fast scenic half marathon run along the banks of the Little Miami River. Are you training for a fall marathon or half marathon? This race is a perfect tune-up! Plus, the entire course is run on a shaded bike path, which is a big bonus during Ohio’s humid summer months! The race starts and finishes in Morrow, OH, just a few miles east of King’s Island, and travels through South Lebanon and Kings Mills. A killer tech shirt, chip timing and a party-like atmosphere at the finish are guaranteed to make this race a kickin’ good time!

Join the Licking Heights Hornets on August 2, 2026, for our third annual Licking Heights Hornets 5K! We are raising funds to support the Licking Heights Music and Sports programs! Supporters of all programs are welcome. The 5k race event will start at 8 AM, followed by the 1.65-mile Family Fun Run at 8:05 AM. If you are unable to attend the in-person event but would like to support the programs, please consider our virtual event, which will run from August 2 through August 9! The run will be around the flat, paved, & scenic Licking Heights campus, starting and ending on the fantastic track at Hornets Field!

Join Darke County Parks for our 5th annual Tour de Darke! Spend your Sunday morning in the saddle on a leisurely ride through the scenic countryside and quaint communities of Darke County. This event is not a race, and instead a tour of the sites.  There are six scenic routes to appeal to all cyclists - Mini (14 miles), Bambino (25 miles), Medio (40 miles), Gran (65 miles), Gran Max (83 miles), Ultima (100 miles). All routes begin and end at the Bish Discovery Center (404 N. Come join us for the 32nd Annual 5k Run to Educate on August 7, 2026. The race begins at 7:00 p.m. at the Bellefontaine High School Track. When the LCEF Run To Educate committee was organizing the event as a fundraiser for the foundation, the topic of awards came up. It was discussed that a popular distance for a run is 5K or about 3.1 miles. In mathematics, Pi is a mathematical constant whose value is the ratio of any circle's circumference to its diameter. It is approximately equal to 3.14159 in the usual decimal notation. The committee thought it would be a great tie in to link a mathematical term to an event sponsored by an educational foundation. So that is why every year pies are awarded to the top male and female finisher.
