Proceeds from this fundraising event benefit the DEO Clinic which for 20 years has provided free healthcare to uninsured adults from Whitfield and Murray Counties when they lack the resources to access healthcare. DEO Clinic is a 501c3 non-profit. The 5k timed race follows the paved trail around Haig Mill Lake. It is one lap, 3.1 miles long, with some rolling hills in the second mile. The trail is paved except for 2 sections of gravel over the north and south dam. It is a beautiful course and works well for all paces and abilities. Whether you’re here to walk 7 miles or push all the way to 28, the challenge is yours to define. 10 hours. One 7-mile loop. Four distances. How far will you go? Complete your goal within the 10-hour event window. Want another layer of challenge? Take it on with a 10, 20, or 35 lb. ruck or weighted vest. The course will be clearly marked from start to finish, with well-stocked aid stations positioned along the route to keep you fueled and moving. Trek Day Bouckaert Farm Fairburn, Georgia The start line is open between 7am–10am and is divided into corrals based on distance. 28 milers get started at 7am, 21 milers at 7:45am, 14 milers at 8:30am, and 7 milers at 9:15am. UltraTrax is not a race, but it is a timed endurance event. You’ll have up to 10 hours to complete your chosen distance. Move at your pace. Take breaks when you need them. Then keep going. Bib Pickup Your bib may be mailed to you in advance or picked up on event morning. Participants registering after the bib-mailing cutoff must pick up their bib in person. Taking on the Ruck Challenge? If you registered for a weighted division, you’ll need to bring your own ruck, backpack, or weighted vest. Your pack will be weighed before you begin. Everything in the pack counts toward your required weight except perishable food and drinks. What to Expect at Atlanta Wide-Open Georgia Terrain Bouckaert Farm trades steep mountain climbs for a different kind of challenge: miles of rolling terrain across an enormous stretch of Georgia countryside. Expect a mix of dirt paths, grassy trails, wooded sections, and open land throughout the loop. From Forest to Fields One stretch may have you moving beneath the trees; the next may open into broad fields and rolling hills. The changing landscape gives the course a completely different character from UltraTrax’s mountain venues. Room to Find Your Rhythm With flowing terrain and long stretches of trail, Atlanta is a course where you can settle into your pace, keep moving, and let the miles build. Our mission is to provide comprehensive aid, education, compassion, and support to pregnant women facing unplanned pregnancy so no woman feels abortion is her only option. Our Goals Choices Crisis Pregnancy Center is and will continue to be non-profit to all clients. Our purpose and goal is to provide pregnancy resources and counseling which line up with Christian values. In addition, we have met our goal to develop an in-house medical expansion which provides free pregnancy testing, ultrasounds, abortion pill reversal, STI testing and treatment, prenatal care and sexual integrity programming. Choices will continue to stand for the right to life for the unborn and will do so using forgiveness, compassion, education, and love as exemplified by Jesus Christ our Lord.

5K for Peace – Join Us in Moving for Justice! Lace up your shoes and join the 5K for Peace on October 9, 2027, as we walk and run together through the beautiful squares of historic downtown Savannah, Georgia. This community event welcomes people of all ages and abilities to stand together for compassion, dignity, and hope. Proceeds benefit Rooted Ummah, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit supporting unhoused neighbors, refugees, immigrants, and displaced communities—locally and beyond. Rooted Ummah provides meals, supplies, day center services in Savannah, and resources for families rebuilding their lives after displacement. Learn more. This event is held in loving memory and honor of my mother, Sebrenia Russaw, who was tragically lost due to domestic violence murder-suicide. Through this walk/run, we continue her legacy by creating a space of hope, healing, strength, and awareness.We walk and run to honor survivors of domestic violence and their loved ones — the families, friends, and communities who have been impacted by their journeys. We recognize their courage, resilience, and strength.
