During the Community First Fox Cities Marathon presented by Miron Construction weekend of events, we bring together thousands of participants, volunteers, spectators, local businesses and community partners at eight events including a marathon, half marathon, relay marathon, 10K, 5K, kids events and an expo. As a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, the Community First Fox Cities Marathon gives back to area non-profits, community partners and running organizations. Over our 34-year history, the event has returned more than $1.3 million to the community. This is a long-distance, nighttime, gravel ride. Don't miss this unique experience! There will be three ride options: 25 mile (Belleville), 40 mile (Monticello), and 80 mile (Illinois state line) out and back, asphalt for 5.3 miles in Fitchburg, then all gravel/dirt trail, except for a short detour on Tunnel Road around the closed Stewart Tunnel, beginning at nightfall. End times vary according to distance. Participants generally return to their motor vehicles at the start point or ride home. This ride is on the Badger State Trail. Riders are responsible for their own state trail passes. We meet at 6:30pm for required check-in and safety briefing. Then grab some snacks provided by Fitchburg Family Pharmacy before you hit the trail! The ride starts at 7pm. We will ride as a group south to the crossing of County Highway M, after which riders may ride in small groups or alone at their own pace and distance. Love Wine or Beer?  Like Walking or Running?  This race is for you!  Join us at our 5th annual Elktoberfest Wine & Beer Run 5K on Saturday, September 19, 2026 for an exciting event that features the scenic views of Elkhart Lake, great wine from locally-owned by Vintage Elkhart Lake Wine Shop and local craft beer from 3 Sheeps Brewing! With registration options for all wine and beer lovers and runners, this race is a sure thing for a great time! Registration includes entry to the race, finisher medal, souvenir wine glass, and a pour of wine. Please be aware that a shirt is not included in the registration fee. Autumn 5K or 5 mile run or walk utilizing the paved trail system and rural country roads in New Richmond, WI. The 5k is an out and back and 5 mile is a loop course. Chip timed by MTEC events. Results immediately available at MTECRESULTS.COM. Arise & Run is a foot and pedal event (duathlon) September 20th, 2025 in Denmark, WI for all ages and abilities.   1, 2 or 3 person team options for relay events or bring the whole family, strollers and leashes for the free 1 mile fun run/walk only!  Free childcare is provided onsite for youngsters waiting to participate in their segment.  Dogs also welcome for the 1 mile, must be leashed by participants/spectators at all times. Whitewater has always been known for its charm and ideal location, nestled within the forest, lakes, prairies, and hills of the Kettle Moraine State Forest in southeastern Wisconsin. The Discover Whitewater Series race was initiated by the Greater Whitewater Committee, Inc. in September 2013. Thanks to the continued support and growing interest, the annual Discover Whitewater Series has proven to be a great success year after year. In thirteen years, the Discover Whitewater Series has been able to distribute $314,881 to local charities in efforts to build a stronger community. Devil's Challenge Triathlon

The annual Raider Nation Triathlon - Aquabike - 5K run - 2 mile run/walk event is set for Sunday, September 21, 2025.  You can do it solo or as a team!  New this year...Aquabike (swim/bike) event! For solo participants there is a full and short sprint triathlon & Aquabike race option open to those ages 9 and up.  Relay options for the full and short sprint races as well. Don't forget the Kid's Triathlon for those ages 6-13 & a 100 yard Raider Dash for those 7 and under!! The swim portion will take place in the Kiel HS swimming pool and is organized based on swim times provided during registration. Join the Town of Wausau Fire Department for their third annual 5k! Help support a volunteer fire department while also having fun with your friends and family. Register online or in person the day of. Register by 9-5-25 to be guaranteed a shirt. In person registration goes from 9am-930am. Race is at 10am and kids race is to follow. About The Race The Eisenbahn Trail, built on a former railroad corridor, is a 25-mile trail extending from the historic city of West Bend into the scenic countryside of eastern Wisconsin past the glacial landscape of the Kettle Moraine State Forest. Eisenbahn is German for railroad.   The trail is surfaced with limestone screenings, however racers will start and finish the event on 1.25 miles of paved asphalt. This is an out and back race on a relatively flat course. Participants will begin and end the race near downtown West Bend, Wisconsin. The Start/Finish Line is located behind the River Shores/Cast Iron residential community at 705 Village Green Way, West Bend. Half marathoners will turn around in Kewaskum, 1/4 marathoners and 5K run/walk participants will turn around north of West Bend.    Food will be available at the start/finish line. One Mile Leadership Project is a proactive community of leaders who are focused on generating support, growing awareness, and inspiring action within our community.  The primary focus is on those veterans, first responders and their families, suffering in silence, people suffering from PTSD, loss of a loved one, abuse or the invisible thoughts of suicide. Our unique composition of athletes and motivational professionals allows One Mile Leadership Project to offer a global platform of support.  We use our far-reaching platforms to raise money as a "force multiplier" for the greater good.

The Lakeland Rotary's Annual Rump Roast Run in beautiful, Minocqua WI goes back to our roots so to speak...both the 5k and 10k courses will begin again in downtown Minocqua and finish at the trestle at the entrance to the Bearskin State Trail. . The course hugs the shore of beautiful Lake Minocqua and both courses give way to wooded lanes that lead eventually to the Bearskin Trail.  A children's 1-mile race rounds out the events and an awards ceremony caps off the morning with cow bells for the winners and a large beef roast(s) for the top male and female finishers in each race.  AFTER THE RACE, stay and enjoy Beef-A-Rama one of Wisconsin's wackier food festivals, including merchants roasting beef, beer gardens, and live bands. Join us for our 5th Annual Jingle Bell Jog and Walk!  Runners and walkers of all age levels are invited to participate in the 5K run, a 2-mile walk, or Kids Fun Run. Dress in your favorite red and green attire for some holiday fun. The run/walk will start and end at The Ingleside Hotel, running or walking through the Country Christmas Lights Trail and onto the Lake Country Trail. Awesome Autumn run in beautiful Potawatomi State Park, Door County, WI   Celebrating 37 years of Run Wild. Take the challenge and run up tower hill in the featured 10K race. Both the 5K and 10K are run on tree-lined park roads closed to traffic in scenic Potawatomi State Park. This fun trail run includes a Mini Marshmallow 1-mile kids run age 11 & under, 5K run & walk and 10K trail and a half marathon run along the park's scenic trails. There will be chip-timing for the 5K run,10K run & Half Marathon race with the help of Tortoise and Hare Race Management timing company. The Half Marathon event will have a cut-off time of 3:30 hours for timing purpose. Harley’s Hustle is an annual event in memory of our daughter, Harley McKenna, who passed away at 40 weeks and 1 day and was delivered stillborn on June 26th, 2018. We were blessed with the comfort and warmth of a community, professionals, and friends that gave us support through our grief. The stories are many and joyous. Nurses, doctors, funeral directors, community leaders, pastors, and more made such a positive impact. In an effort for us to pay it forward, add to Harley’s legacy, and work to see that we can spread awareness of the commonality of this event, Harley’s Hustle began.

This is a family-oriented event for all ages and the course is mostly flat with one small incline near the finish line.  There is a 5K course for runners/walkers and a 1 Mile course for both runners and walkers.  Each race starts and ends at St. Patrick School and each event will be timed. Jack's Jog is inspired by a sweet baby boy named Jack and his mom's desire to keep his memory alive.  On January 27th, 2020, a routine 20 week ultrasound turned the world upside down for Jack's parents, Brad and Jamie.  Expectations that their third baby was perfect and healthy turned into devastation and fear.  Their baby was not perfect and healthy.  There were several significant findings on the ultrasound indicating that their baby had a life-threatening condition and would need further evaluation.   Four days later, Brad and Jamie spent an entire day at a higher level of care where they met with several specialists, had more in-depth ultrasounds and lab work that would diagnose their baby's condition.  Results of the tests would take several days but Brad and Jamie were warned that whatever the result was, it was fatal.  Their baby would not survive.   Three days later, Brad and Jamie received a phone call with their baby's diagnosis-triploidy.  He had an entir

The Three Eagle Half Marathon & 5K takes place on the pristine Three Eagle Trail, a 13.1-mile crushed limestone trail connecting the towns of Eagle River and Three Lakes, Wisconsin. The gorgeous trail is only enhanced by the beautiful Wisconsin Northwoods and its peak Fall colors. This is a chip-timed, point-to-point race.
