Race yourself and other competitors up the 500 stairs of Giant Pine Mountain in Iron Mountain, Michigan.  Are you tough enough to become the "King of the Mountain"? How about tackling the Deuce? Better yet, Challenge yourself to the EXTREME route!   New for 2026 - the Pine Muddin' 500, Trail run! Tackle one of our trails before you climb the stairs. Route is TBD but we can assure you - it's going to be a new challenge that'll be worth every second of training!    The event will start at the top of Pine Mountain.  Participants will race down Kramer Drive to Lower Pine Mountain Road/Hibbard Street before turning on Pine Mountain Road and racing to the Pine Mountain 500.  Event is chip timed and participants will receive an overall and a Pine Mountain 500 time. The Lake Antoine Classic is a fundraising event for Special Olympics.  All race proceeds (and donations) go directly to Special Olympics. 15K Run and Bike travel through Fumee Lake Natural Area. What is Swim to the Moon?Swim to the Moon is an extraordinary open-water swimming adventure through the picturesque Hiland Chain of Lakes near Hell, Michigan. Choose your distance — .5 Mile, 1.2 Mile, 2.4 Mile, 5K, 10K or 15K — and have the time of your life swimming through Southeast Michigan’s most sublime waterways, all the while showing support for a very worthy cause: North Star Reach, a camp for children with life-threatening, serious, and chronic medical conditions. The 5K swim starts on the shores of Patterson Lake at North Star Reach; from there, swimmers head south and east through the heavily forested Pinckney Recreation Area, passing through five lakes along the way. Scattered cottages are the only signs of civilization. The 5K will finish once they reach Halfmoon Lake Beach. 10K race participants start at Halfmoon Lake Beach, swim to the start of the 5K (where their “special needs” bags will be available), then turn around to head back to the shores of Halfmoon Lake Beach.

Fast Fitty is a classic gravel road race. While traversing Eaton and Barry counties, you’ll race along Lacey Lake and several country scenes on approximately 95% unpaved roads.  You may choose from our 54, 36 or 19 mile routes, all are single loops.  All post race proceeds donated to the House of Promise (Lansing, MI) for human trafficking victim rehabilitation.

Purpose With a focus on health and wellness promotion, the West Michigan Hispanic Chamber of Commerce held its first Annual Latino Health 5K Run/Walk in September of 2015. Sunday September 13, 2026 Holland Haven Marathon XIII: Running - Community - Celebration The Holland Haven Marathon offers runners a scenic experience along Lake Michigan, starting in Grand Haven and finishing in downtown Holland. This USATF certified marathon takes place in early September, providing mild weather and a final chance to qualify for the Boston Marathon. The Holland Haven Half Marathon starts at Camp Geneva and follows a picturesque route along Lakeshore Drive into Holland, featuring a mostly flat course on paved paths. The 8K Race serves as a perfect introduction to longer distances, with a flat, out-and-back course suitable for both novice and experienced runners. Run from the beautiful Upper Tahquamenon Falls to Lower Tahquamenon Falls and back this fall.  The race date/time will be Saturday, September 19, 2026, at 8:30am.  Start and Finish near the trailhead just east of the Tahquamenon Brewery and enjoy one of their signature meals or beverages to celebrate after.  Michigan Recreation passes are needed to enter the park and can be purchased with your yearly vehicle registration or as day passes at the entrance.  This race will cross the new pedestrian bridge near lower falls to complete an island loop as part of the course before returning to the upper falls.  Yooper Running Company will be hosting and timing the event!   **YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO FINISH THE RACE IF YOU DO NOT GET TO THE AID STATION (PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE) IN 90 MINUTES AND WILL NEED TO PAY FOR A SHUTTLE OR GET PICKED UP FROM THE LOWER FALLS.   Participant Limit: 100 PARTICIPANTS.  THIS RACE IS LIMITED TO 100 PARTICIPANTS.  ONCE SOLD OUT REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE AND THERE WILL

Register today to compete in our 7th Annual Grand River Color Tour Triathlon with a twist. This race will feature a 2k kayaking paddle, a 15-mile cycle, and a 5k run during the most colorful season of the year in Eaton Rapids. Additionally, the final leg of the 5k, runners will be blasted with powder coloring leaving each racer to finish the competition in a uniquely colored way. The race will begin with kayaking at 8:30 am. Registration/check in will begin at 7:00 am and must be complete by 8:00 am.
