The inaugural United We Run 5K takes you on a scenic course through Wilson, passing the iconic Vollis Simpson Whirligig Park and winding through our historic downtown. Along the way, you'll experience the charm, energy, and local flavor that make Wilson special—from unique shops to outstanding restaurants and breweries. Best of all, every step you take helps the United Way of Wilson County lift local families out of poverty. Strollers are welcome, but please use them at your own risk. Parts of the course travel along the ballpark warning track, where loose rocks may make for a bumpy ride.For the safety of all runners and spectators, no dogs are allowed at the event. The Annual Robin Run celebrates the life and rich legacy of Robin Givens. Robin encouraged others, especially youth, to be their best selves. The proceeds of the Robin Run will go to the Foundation YMCA Programs, such as Y-GIG, summer camps, and swimming lessons.  Registration: • The Robin Run 5K is open to people of ALL AGES & ABILITIES • Shirts are guaranteed to those who register for the 5K by October 21st. • There will be race day registration, but we encourage you to register before the October 21st shirt guarantee cut off.5K Early Packet Pickup: • For those who have pre-registered only • Race site located at the Foundation YMCA 212 Broad Street West Wilson NC 27893 (Parking Deck Address)• Friday November 13th 4:30pm-6:30pm

Gobble gobble -- the Turkey Trot is back! Grab your Thanksgiving crew and throw on your best holiday sweater. Thanksgiving Day | 9am 5K - Free, Untimed Community Run Stilson Parking Lot Donations are accepted to keep the race free for the community (suggested: $5/person, $20/family). Register so we have an idea of how many people are coming. We will have special Turkey Trot mugs available for hot beverages after the race. Prizes for top 3 female and male finishers and Best Dressed. The race is untimed (there will be no official results). Faster runners start up front, slower folks/walkers toward the back. Keep your dogs on leash, please. Course: The race starts and ends in Stilson Parking Lot just north of the bathrooms. Runners will start in the parking lot before hopping on the pathway. Before crossing Fish Creek, runners will cross under Highway 22 (via the tunnel) and follow the pathway to the junction with HHR Road. Runners will turn right/north on HHR Road and run along the road for a short section before hopping back onto the pathway just past Wilson Elementary School. There will be a water station at the entrance to the pathway. Runners will remain on the pathway until the the final right turn back into Stilson and to the finish line.
