History on the Run

Sheridan, AR
This is a 5K Fun Run/2 Mile walk for all ages to benefit Keeping the Faith Women's and Children's Shelter.  KTF houses women and children from around the state fleeing domestic violence situations or facing homelessness.  Due to recent federal funding cuts, KTF is in danger of closing.  Your participation in this race will extend the amount of time to help more victims facing abuse start a new life.   The race will take you past our beloved Grant County Museum, beautiful Courthouse, and past historic downtown buildings.  Stick around after the race to enjoy the Farmer's Market and local restaurants.   The race starts a block from the courthouse and there is plenty of downtown parking.
