Join us for the annual run/walk 5k honoring the dedicated and compassionate nurses who serve as the backbone of Schneck Medical Center. This special event, held at the beginning of Nurses Week, celebrates the tireless efforts and unwavering commitment of nurses in our community. Whether you are a seasoned runner, or a first-time participant, this race invites everyone to lace up their sneakers and support our local heroes. Join us to celebrate! Please arrive to the Seymour Farmers Market lot (111 South Walnut St, Seymour, IN 47274) between 7:30-8:45am. You will need to sign in to receive your bib, t-shirt, and goody bag (while supplies last). We will begin lining up walkers/runners at 8:50am. Please park in one of the surrounding lots, as we will have the Farmers Market lot closed for participants to gather in.

Come support the local Seymour boys and girls cross country teams! This event has been going on since 2006 and is a fun course that start at the Seymour High School and runs through downtown Seymour and back to the high school to finish under the lights on the Seymour High School track! Not another race like this one!!

Come and run or walk in one of the best and longest running Jackson County races and finish the Oktoberfest 5K in Seymour, Indiana!!!

Please note that we have a new Start and Finish this year at 220 N Chesthut St.  Come and join us this flat, fast out and back course that takes you down behind the football stadium and back.
