Complete this race anytime in 2026! Our Race Through America Virtual Race Series continues! Each month we will race through a different state, until we've race through all of the states in America! For this race we will be racing through the great state of Utah! We will be donating 15% of each registration to a charity* who is the leading domestic hunger relief organization with a nationwide network of 200 food banks. We hope to help feed thousands with our Race Through America Series! What:  This is a virtual race. You choose to complete 1 Mile, 5K, 10K, 13.1, 26.2 or 50 Miles. Marathon | Marathon Relay | 5K | Kids Run We invite you — along with your family and friends — to join us for this fun and energizing event! It’s the perfect way to kick off the warm weather season and get moving together. Marathon Relay Take on the full 26.2-mile marathon course — relay style! Grab your colleagues, friends, or family members and register a team of 2–4 runners. Work together to conquer 26.2 miles as you run through scenic Provo Canyon and onto the beautiful Provo River Trail. Each runner completes one (or more) legs, combining strength, strategy, and speed to cross the finish line as a team. Those who sign up for this race can! We love this reverse-order triathlon, a perfect race for first-time triathletes and kids! All racers begin at the same time with a challenging 5k run 100% on asphalt, followed by a 8-mile bike ride, a 300-yard swim (which anyone is welcome to use a lifejacket!), and a run up the ramp to grab a mat and slide down "Avalanche" to the finish line. Join us in celebration of serving individuals with disabilities since 2001! We want you to be a part of our 23rd Annual Run, Walk or Roll Race. This is an amazing opportunity for everyone, of every age and ability, to participate in a race that will benefit people with disabilities. Proceeds from the race will go to support our youth and community integration programs. Fun atmosphere with DJ music, food and prizes! New location and new river trail course! The race will begin and end in the Ability 1st Utah parking lot at 1455 W 820 N. Provo. We want to invite you and your friends and family to the 2025 FRIGID 5K and Penguin Plunge! It’s a great way to start out the year and break free from the winter running blues! The 5K and Penguin Plunge have been the premier winter event for over a decade. After the 5K, finish the event off with the Penguin Plunge. Challenge yourself and brave the frigid cold by jumping into the Utah Lake. Our team skillfully cuts out a square of ice and inserts a safety cage to protect you from floating under the ice or sinking. If you choose to opt-out of taking a dip in the lake, feel free to watch the faces of those who are crazy enough to take the dive! At Runtastic Events, we value the safety of our race participants and strive to create a fun and safe environment. Both the 5K and Penguin Plunge have first aid booths readily available for participants.
