The Big Run 2026 – 5K at the Ogden Nature Center Celebrate Global Running Day with us at The Big Run 2026! Join Fleet Feet Utah for a fun and welcoming 5K along the beautiful trails of the Ogden Nature Center. Whether you’re a seasoned runner, a casual jogger, or just getting started, this event is for everyone who loves moving and being part of an amazing running community. Take in the scenic views, fresh air, and peaceful nature paths as you make your way through the course. After you cross the finish line, stick around to celebrate with delicious food, great company, and plenty of post-run fun. Imagine running in a dinosaur park and at times being chased by realistic dinosaurs. Held at the Ogden Dinosaur Park this race will having racers feel the need of speed as they run avoiding being eaten by dinosaurs.

Utah’s Fastest Mile is back—and it’s faster than ever. Hosted in beautiful North Ogden, this point-to-point downhill mile takes runners down 1050 E with a blazing 350 feet of elevation drop. Guided and secured by North Ogden Police, this is a rare, safe, fully-supported opportunity to fly. The Women's Epic Half Marathon & 10K is a race like no other—a stunning, high-energy challenge set against the backdrop of the Rocky Mountains. This loop course starts and finishes at Weber State University’s Football Stadium, taking runners through a mix of rolling hills, fast descents, and sweeping views of the Wasatch Mountains and Ogden River Parkway. You'll race past vibrant fall colors, open vistas, and mountain scenery, all leading to an unforgettable stadium finish. Your final strides will be broadcast live on the Jumbotron, with spectators in the bleachers cheering you to the line. Join us for North Ogden's FOURTH ANNUAL Turkey Trot, hosted by The Hobbyjogger Project! The race will begin at 8 AM at McGriff Park (2950 N 900 E, North Ogden, UT 84414). Parking will be available in the church parking lot to the south of the park. The race is a 2-lap course (1.5 miles per lap). The race can be run as an individual 5K, or as a 2-person relay (1 lap each). We will have the timing set up to take individual splits for relay runners, as well as total time for teams and individuals. If registering as a relay, each participant will register independently and then input the same Team Name so we can link you.  Prizes consist of pies and... more pies. Come win a pie! Shirts will be available while supplies last.  Bib pickup will be Wednesday (the night before the race) from 4:30-6:30pm at the McGriff Park Bowery (right next to the start/finish line). Ogden Santa Run The Ogden Santa Run 5K is the first and largest of the Utah Santa Runs. Held in Historic Downtown Ogden this race runs just prior to the Ogden Holiday Light Parade and down Washington Blvd. All participants get a Santa Suit to run in and Milk and Cookie Aid stations supported by Elves that dress as Volunteers. Music is played over the entire course of the race.
