Join us for the Ivy Rehab/Elite Physical Therapy Shamrock Shuffle 5k on Sunday, March 29th, 2026 in North Kingstown, RI. Celebrate St. Patrick with loved ones and run or walk this festive 5K. Don't forget the kids! Our kids race is open to children 12 and under. The Shamrock Shuffle also serves as the third and final leg of our 3-Race Series, the Tour de Patrick, which celebrates St. Patrick's Day with three races in three cities in Rhode Island throughout the month of March. Participants can sign up for one, two or all three races! Participants who run all three will earn Tour de Patrick custom socks as well as the 2026 Tour de Patrick finisher's medal, which will be collected at the finish line of the Shamrock Shuffle on March 29th

The Narrow River Preservation Association hosts a one mile open water swim in one of Rhode Island’s most scenic waterways (because it's clean enough that we can). We're excited that you are joining us this year!   2026 DETAILS: When: Saturday, June 20, 2025, 9:00am (rain or shine) Where: Swim Start: URI Boathouse – Flagg Rowing Center, 166 Walmsley Lane, North Kingstown, R.I. Parking for Shuttle: The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1240 Boston Neck Rd., Narragansett RI  02882.  Busing is provided starting at 7:15 a.m. and returns swimmers after the event. Registration: Online only. Online registration closes at 11PM FRIDAY JUNE 19th. No day of registrations allowed.     Entry Fee: Includes 2026 Turnaround Swim T-shirt. Entry fees are non-refundable. Proceeds from this event are to benefit North Kingstown Firefighters Association.  All registrations prior to September 14th will get a race day t-shirt.  There will be medals for top finishers in each age bracket.  This race is open to all ages and levels of experience.  This is going to be a great time you don't want to miss.
