Participants may walk, run, or bike on Saturday, September 26th, 2026, at Edgewood Park! Join us on November 15th, 2026 for the 2nd Annual AGR 5K. The race will be held at the beautiful East Shore Park in New Haven, CT. The event is all about moving our bodies and celebrating where we are in our own fitness journeys. All proceeds will be donated to the Parkinson’s Foundation and anyone with Parkinson's is eligible for FREE registration!   The 5K course follows the shoreline paths of the park and offers inspiring views of the New Haven Harbor. The route is flat and beginner-friendly, making it perfect for seasoned runners, walkers, families and those using walking aids.  Spots are limited—be sure to register early to guarantee your place at the start line! Our 42nd annual Christopher Martin’s Christmas Run for Children is December 6th!! The flat 5K course runs from Christopher Martin’s Restaurant on Upper State Street to Downtown New Haven, Wooster Square neighborhood and back. NEW THIS YEAR All participants will receive a long sleeve tech shirt! Voted CT's best post-race party! As always, you can expect a great party with refreshments, live entertainment, awards ceremony and FREE BEER (for 21+). Festivities will be outside this year. Early Packet Pick-Up Location: Woodbridge Running Co., 7 Landin St. Woodbridge, CT. Friday, December 4: 12:00pm - 6:00pm. Saturday, December 5: 10:00am - 5:00pm.  Christopher Martin’s Christmas Run for Children is an annual tradition for in the local running community that emphasizes the gift of giving during the holiday season. Run/Walk in person: Join us on Super Bowl Sunday, February 14th, for a flat 5K run/walk through New Haven's East Rock neighborhood. Virtual option: If you can't join us in-person, run, walk, or bike a 5k in your neighborhood, on your treadmill, or wherever you like.  Go the extra mile for Refugees: Create an individual or team fundraiser to support IRIS' services to help immigrants with housing, healthcare, job placement, education, and more.  Sign up to help us welcome more newcomers in 2027!

The flat 5K course runs travels starts and finishes in front of the historic New Haven Rock and Roll venue Toad’s Place. Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day after the race at Toad’s Place with an exciting awards ceremony, costume contest, live music, food, beverages and beer for 21+! Limited to 1500 runners.  The race benefits The Diaper Bank of Connecticut, please consider making a donation during the registration process! We will also be collecting diapers at packet pickup and on race day!
