Join Layups for Lucy On the Run 2026 this October to support Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh and Layups for Lucy's local initiatives! We invite anybody to participate in our "virtual" run/walk (you can complete your miles anywhere you'd like in October)! When you register, you are welcome to make a donation directly or create a personal fundraising page to collect donations for L4L. On Lucy's 18th birthday, October 24, groups will gather to run/walk together at the following: 9am at Pearson Park in New Castle, PA11am at Point State Park ("The Point") into Three Rivers Heritage Trail in Pittsburgh, PA However, miles can be done anytime and anywhere throughout the month! We can't wait to run, walk, and celebrate Lucy's birthday this October!

CCD’s Holiday Race for Recovery 5K is a family-friendly walk/run being held on Sunday, December 13th in beautiful Historic New Castle, Delaware! Check-in begins at 9:00 AM, with the race starting at 10:00 AM. We hope you’ll join us for a morning of fun, community, and holiday cheer as we walk and run through the beautiful streets of Historic New Castle, all while supporting a great cause! Holiday attire isn’t required, but it’s definitely encouraged, so break out your festive favorites! Think ugly Christmas sweaters, Santa hats, elf ears, jingle bells, and anything merry and bright. ’Tis the season to celebrate and be jolly for a reason!
