Complete this race anytime in 2026! This race benefits Feeding America. Our Race Through America Virtual Race Series continues! Each month we will race through a different state, until we've race through all of the states in America! For this race we will be racing through the great state of Vermont! We will be donating 15% of each registration in our Race Through America series to a charity* who is the leading domestic hunger relief organization with a nationwide network of 200 food banks. We hope to help feed thousands with our Race Through America Series! What:  This is a virtual race. You choose to complete 1 Mile, 5K, 10K, 13.1, 26.2 or 50 Miles. Join us for the 51st Running of the Paul Mailman 10 Miler and 5k Saturday, April 18, 2026   Start for both races: 8:45 a.m. Both races will have a limit on the total entries accepted:      100 maximum for the 10 Miler       50 maximum for the 5K. Entry fees: $20 for the 10 Miler.                      $15 for the 5k. ONLINE pre-registration only. There will be NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION. Registration for both races closes at midnight on April 16, 2026. Please note: No strollers or dogs are permitted in either race. The Paul Mailman 10 miler and 5k start and finish at Montpelier High School. Parking is at the school, and the races begin and end on the track. Classic dirt road 10 mile course, flat by the river and rolling hills on Jones Brook Rd. The 5K is flat out and back. This welcoming 5K is designed for all ages and all paces—runners, joggers, walkers, families, and first-timers are all encouraged to join.  When you participate, you’re not just moving your body—you’re helping create a day of connection, laughter, and memories for local families.
